Don’t know the names of the two technicians that helped me with my surround system. They discovered within a few minutes a cable was no good. They replaced it and had the system working perfectly.

In a move of our TV the move resulted in not hooking all the wires in their place. The GEEK SQAD was called and made short work of getting the TV to come alive.

Technicians were able to solve my problem. Disney plus was loaded on 2 Fire TVs. On then3rd tv they recommended purchasing a fire stick.

The home theater tech came and replaced my Firestick in a hard-to-reach location with one that I purchased at BB the day before. He then methodically went through all the set-up steps so that it was fully functioning when he left. In principle I could have done this myself, but I appreciate having this and other related work done by expert techs who do this all the time. That's why I renewed my TotalTech subscription after this service visit.

Kasey was the great technician who installed my Roku. ( I was unable to step up above my fireplace and get behind the TV set to do the installation myself) Kasey patiently showed me a whole new set of things I didn't know about my smart TV and how to navigate more quickly and easily between the apps and switching over to Roku easily! Should I need any additional tech services or trouble shooting, I will most definitely request Kasey --- he's the BEST of the technician I've come across so far using Geek Squad services.

Austin worked efficiently and did a trouble shoot on our receiver. Decision was made to purcase and new one and arrange with Geek Squad to install.

The squad that connected the Bose system n installed the tv on the wall n had to make an adjustment on the mount did a fantastic job neat n clean.
