    Techs solved multiple problems

    The techs solved several complex issues with connecting a new LG TV to an old, existing surround sound system. They stayed with us until all our questions were answered and we understood how to operate the system.

    Ryan was an absolute sweetheart. He helped me trouble shoot my problem and explained everything to me so that i understood. He's always makes sure by time he leaves my home everything is running perfect.

    Best But rocks!

    I took Sony Head phones to Colonial Heights, VA that were given to me on my birthday from an out of state Best Buy. The ear protector came off, Lexi took it in to the Geek Squad and they had it back on in minutes. This Best Buy could not have been more consumer friendly. Please past this comment on to the store Mgr.

    Optimal Sound achieved

    The agents set up speakers, and placed them in our room for optimum sound. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is that one of them did a poor job of setting up a speaker. I had to tighten it up later.

    Geek Squad installed my TV set prefectly

    The two agents hooked up my TV to the Cable provider, set the TV in place, completely set up my new Samsung Tv, cleaned up their work area and left all within 30 minutes. The last 10 minutes was showing all the features to me.

    Agent adjusted Ring cameras and made the system operable. He worked with the Ring agent, was very patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend. Geek dquad to the arescue

    Service for TV

    Francis reprogrammed my TV and reprogrammed my TV remote with my cable remote so I only need to use one remote. The Geek Squad from scheduling appointment, service to follow up was all professional, courteous and done smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad.

    I am very happy with the geek squad and service ! Aside from not coming as scheduled and messing up my day after complaining it was very well taken care of. gLAD I BOUGHT THE EXTRA SERVICE.

    I love all the Geek Guys!! These guys came by and did more to get tv up & comcast working correctly than anyone else has! They attached the soundbboard and got things working that havent since we moved in. Love you guys!

    Jadon and team did a great job trouble shooting a problematic BB third party installation. They were thorough in reviewing and correcting issues and took the time to ensure I knew how to use all the home theater features. Well done!

    Universal remote is great

    The agent programmed my universal remote and made watching TV, listening to music, and watching movies much easier. Unfortunately the agent was a substitute for the one who was supposed to come between 7-11 a.m. I finally got a call that the first agent couldn’t come. Another agent arrived about 4:30.

    I am a senior. The agents came out and went through my settings and showed me how to correctly set up my TV and remote. They were patient, caring and understood that I don't install and program a TV but a few times in my lifetime.

    There was a SW problem that would not allow connection to Netflix, etc. I needed to accept Samsung Ts and Cs, but when I tried to accept i got the message that the samsung server was undergoing maintenance. Mike set the TV and downloaded new SW and I was back in business

    The primary agent mounted my TV on an existing wall mount which required some modification, connected all the coax cables correctly and installed the TV with success while remaining extremely focused throughout the process.

    My last service call was handled by a great team of guys that recognized a issues with one of my speaker connections to my receiver. I was embarrassed that I had missed it but they were very professional. Thank you.

    Nick Bruno and Ariel and Tim have proven to be a God Send for us! They are very tech savvy and very courteous and always solve our problems! Nick is a trusted member of my "team" and we are very happy that he has been able to help us with many issues.

    I can now work my system

    The agent quickly understood my problem and was able to fix it and align my system. We are now able to work it with no difficulty. He was polite and made sure I was comfortable operating it before he left.
