Had an issue with the in-ceiling and deck speakers. They quickly identified the issue and had them working smoothly in no time. They were curteous and explained what to look for should the issue arise again.

They went through my laptop and determined my issues were from a faulty charger. And they didnt charge me since Im a member.

It's so nice to know that I've got the Geek Squad to fall back on if something goes wrong with my TV or computer.

Polite and helpful but the Bose system is a bit outdated and the geeks are better on newer systems. I would still highly recommend them.
