    Greek Squad fixed our speakers with the TV.

    When a software upgrade on our Sony TV was done it disconnected our speakers. Greek Squad discovered the issue and fixed the problem.

    I figure I'll post a review online since I haven't been able to make any progress over a 3 month period by calling Best Buy support. It's been made clear Best Buy has gotten big enough to the point where customer service is no longer a priority to them. We bought a new refrigerator and and tv from a store in Burlington, MA. Booked a delivery date in January of this year. At 8pm the day before the delivery we get a call from Best Buy confirming the delivery - it was being sent to the old address (we just moved). The mistake was made on their side as we clearly stated we had moved and expected delivery at our new home. They couldn't keep the delivery date - it got pushed out a week. I don't care about the tv, but obviously, no fridge is a problem since we then need to spend money for every meal. I called the customer service line and they said they would offer compensation for their self-inflicted mistake - a total of 10% of our purchase in Best Buy credit - in this case ~$440. They said they would send it by mail only once the delivery had been made. I have since called 5 or 6 times and spent hours talking to associates telling me they need approval from supervisors (despite having a case ID every single time). I've received "approval" three different times and been told I should received the credit in the mail within 7-10 business days - then nothing is ever received. I've been back to the store to complain, and they said they would help until it's resolved. They are no longer helping me. I'm now 3 months removed from the original delivery date, ~3 months removed from being told I would receive compensation for their mistake, and still nothing. It's almost like a conscience choice by the company to not help out customers - they can lose some customers without any consequences because of how big they are now. An incredibly poor customer service experience - one of, if not the worst, I've ever had.

    Tech came out and explained to me about the available dpace on my phone and I should update grom 16 to 32 gb. Will take his advice and purchase a suitable phone for my video demands

    Setup new tv quickly. Answered all my questions. Had them return a second time to add surround sound. Love the Geek Squad. There when you need them.

    Technical lack of savvy

    Geek Squad Replaced My Hard Drive Quickly

    Excellent, quick service to replace my hard drive in my laptop. I had it back, fixed, within 24 hours. All my information was preserved and moved over to the new hard drive.

    Jack & Joe did a great job. It is working. They co-work well discussing things. It might need tweaking but for the first time it’s at least 99% Installed properly.
