They had to come three times to address my problem, but it all happened the same day. The crew was persistent as well as pleasant. I was very pleased.

We discussed options…streamlining our system, adding a new live stream option. We are very happy with the overall outcome.

Th tech was unable to connect to Alexa, he had 2 months earlierAlo disconnected another light from Alexa and somehow managed to break Bluetooth stereo. I brought stereo to you folks to repair after having an appointment, I was 1old that I would be contacted, Mngr. Called and said he would push situation "upstairs". The agent was able to adjust the speaker volume on the television that was installed by Magnlia but to reactivate he surround sound he said needed to purchase some new equipment

Rob used a simple, ingenious "trick" to dislodge a CD that had popped out of its track and disabled access to the CD player: he tipped the Onkyo upside down and retrieved the errant CD . Wish I'd thought of that. Bravo!

It took a couple of visits, but the Geek Squad Team identified the issues and resolved it. New speakers are working well.
