They had to come three times to address my problem, but it all happened the same day. The crew was persistent as well as pleasant. I was very pleased.

Th tech was unable to connect to Alexa, he had 2 months earlierAlo disconnected another light from Alexa and somehow managed to break Bluetooth stereo. I brought stereo to you folks to repair after having an appointment, I was 1old that I would be contacted, Mngr. Called and said he would push situation "upstairs".
