    Geek squad did a fabulous Job installing my theat

    GEEK SQUAD CLEARED MY LAPTOP.

    JEROME was through w. My 10 year old Laptop. friendly, gave good advice. Spend a good amount of time so appeared to be thorough in cleaning it up, clearing CACHE, etc.

    I went to the best buy on halsted in Homewood I bought a washer and dryer. Delivery day went well except the dryer had dents in it. I was given the option to have it installed and having a replacement sent. I took that option. Fast forward to the new delivery day. The delivery driver comes in pulls the installed dryer out and states I can’t reinstall the new dryer. I ask why he states per policy gas line does not mesh with the cord and states it should have never been installed. Mind you i had a dryer before and had no issues with the line. I then state how can best buy have a policy that 1 person chose to ignore and 1 chose to in force in this case. The delivery driver then tell me that bestbuy contracts out to 2 companies he then fix his mouth to say the first delivery company must have been trying to get my phone number that’s probably why they installed it. That comment was sexus and made me very uncomfortable. He then take my perfectly working dryer uninstalled it take it out then leave the new one in the middle of the room. I asked if u wasnt going to install it WHY WOULD YOU TAKE THE OTHER ONE APART??? He doesnt say anything just walks out my door. Fast forward to me speaking to a manager who said they would force me on the schedule for installment. Of course that didnt happen. Long story short I had a perfectly working dryer at first now I have one sitting in the middle of my floor and after the driver made a sexual inappropriate assumption regarding the first installers. This is unacceptable Now I have to pay a family member to sit and wait for installers tomorrow. Also bestbuy can not assure that the same company will not come AS THEY CANT HAND PICK COMPANIES. Which if the same company comes I will have the same problem with them not installing my dryer. This issue hasnt been resolved and im left feeling some type of way regarding the delivery guy comment

    Geek Squad was thorough, patient and courteous!

    The agents transferred data from old to new computer and step up the new computer, explaining as they worked. Also, they allowed me to work with new computer and printer before leaving.

    Geek squad rep resolved our TV remote issues and opened up a whole host of other features of our Best Buy sound system and video system. He and his partner were great!

    Simple 5 min fix

    It took tech 5 mins to solve my issue of sound bar not working and I was charged 149.99. I subscibe to 24/7 tech whom I called first. This is the kind og issue that should have been resplved over the phone. The in home tech did great but the on phone tech should have been able to solve this simple fix.
