    The service techs were great. It did take approximately 2 weeks to receive the part to fix a 4 month old 77 inch LG Oled tv.

    Geek squad rep resolved our TV remote issues and opened up a whole host of other features of our Best Buy sound system and video system. He and his partner were great!

    Wife and I bought a laptop today. We were very please to have had Mr. J. Thomas. Well knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly. Customer service was provided to us throughout our process of the purchase.

    My TV was delivered and installed recently. Very soon afterwards I noticed it had a defect. It was a relatively minor defect that could have been resolved with a 5 minute call to the store of purchase. That is impossible. Instead you are directed to a foreign based customer service line. At various times I was on hold for over 80 minutes. What was a minor issue became a major point of irritation. Please wait, we are experiencing high call volume. The in-store experience is pleasant. Personnel seem reasonably knowledgeable. But heaven help you should you need to call the store back. Why do corporations feel fit to direct everyone into their 1-800 number?
