The tech identified errors made by the previous tech and restored my unit to effectively work.

The agents replaced my receiver and connected my speakers. There is bleed over of sound from cable broadcasting heard when viewing other streaming. I have scheduled a callback to correct. I had numerous problems getting the agent I wanted to be scheduled. He had been out twice and had diagnosed the problem and made recommendations of what receiver to purchase and suggested that I request him to come out and install the new speakers, as he was familiar with our system. However, when the first appointment to install was scheduled, he had to be out of town for a family emergency. Without giving me an option to reschedule, Geek Squad scheduled another agent. I cancelled that appointment and rescheduled with the original agent we had worked with. However, when the rescheduled appointment was to happen the next day, I was informed a different agent was to come. I refused and Geek Squad was able to get the correct agent out to our house.

The technician was prompt, polite and pleasant. Best of all, he completely solved the problem with my TV in minutes.

The agents mounted the TV, scanned the channels and made sure the TV was working properly.

I wanted the system replaced because that was the SECOND time it went out, but was told by a representative on the phone it has to be serviced three times! Ridiculous! No one has time to keep making appointments for repair!!!

My 9 year old Roku finally died. I bought a stick instead that was to be installed in the back of the TV. I got it hooked up but something wasn’t quite right with my theatre system and receiver. Since it was a stick instead of the little “box” that the first one was, it needed to be hooked up a little differently. I couldn’t figure it out. Geek Squad came, fixed in in about 20 minutes. It works perfectly now.
