    Horrible Customer Service

    Best Buy is horrible and I literally never want to buy anything from the store again!!!! I purchased a $1600.00 refrigerator had it delivered and literally within a few days it had cooling issues. Allen geek squad and was told they couldn’t send someone out for 3 weeks and maybe I should contact the manufacturer. Felt with manufacturers and it’s was going to be a month and a half before someone could come and look at it. Let it go but then it happened again and again to where I had to keep replacing my food because it would spoil. I contacted geek squad again only this time they said they couldn’t send anyone out because they didn’t have anyone that could work on the type of refrigerator I purchased. Went to the store to return and pick out completely different refrigerator. Associate said I would have it in 4 days but to call customer service to see if they could deliver sooner and ended up finding out the associate scheduled my delivery for October. The soonest they could deliver was Tuesday but to go to the store since you can’t call Best Buy stores and speak to a manager and that they have the option to override deliveries. Did that and was basically disregarded and my refrigerator has done the same thing again and I had to go purchase more groceries once again. They do not care about their customers and stick to a script when handling their calls. The fact that they say there is nothing they can do is ridiculous. Anybody who has worked retail or customer service knows there is always a way to help a customer but noooooo not with Best Buy. Oh and don’t ever show anger with customer service because they will hang up on you every time I spent 2 hours on hold because they kept hanging up on me.
