Geek squad installed my new tv correctly.

Home WiFi setup

The tech troubleshooted the issue immediately and provided reasonable, cost effective options. We now have a great setup that hasn’t failed us yet!

Newer TV and Fire Stick TV issue.

They had called ahead and let us know that they could be here early and were here exactly when they said they would be. Furthermore they were able to diagnose and correct the problem in only a half hour or so. We are completely satisfied with their corrective action and appreciate them keeping us informed as to what they were doing and why as they worked the problem toward resolution. Thoroughly professional service for absolute sure.

Repair Service

I wanted the system replaced because that was the SECOND time it went out, but was told by a representative on the phone it has to be serviced three times! Ridiculous! No one has time to keep making appointments for repair!!!

Post-installation assistance

Justin, who came for the re-do was terrific! He was informative, patient, and knowledgeable, and I would hope if I needed help that I would get him again.

Got wrong laptop charger
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I left my Lenovo Yoga 910 for repair because the charging port stopped working, in the end the device was not reparable, I guess it's too old and they couldn't find the parts for it, which is totally fine. I understand that part. The issues are: Problem 1: when I went to pick it up, the Geek Squad staff was going to hand just the laptop without its charger. If I hadn't "reminded" him to give back the charger he wouldn't have given it back to me. Problem 2: The charger I got back was NOT the charger that originally came with the laptop, but I only noticed it after I got back home. I got a bulkier charger. Why can't they keep the laptop and its charger together, they clearly labeled the laptop before shipping it for repair, but probably the charger was not labeled. I'm the one that has to keep track of that? No. Can't they put everything inside a box or something to make sure accessories don't go missing? I'm not going back to Best Buy so they can try to find the correct charger. Waste of time. PS: The correct charger should have been the one with the white background. (right side)

Geek Squad Installed Our New Receiver

So, a call for Geek Squad help was made. And that turned out to be fantastic! He surveyed what we had done & quickly proceeded to make it all work correctly. He answered all our questions & made sure everything worked before he left. We cannot thank him enough! Now TV, DVD, cassette, CD, radio, & record player all give us sound through our favorite old speakers.

Setting up of soundbar
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Soundbar set up to my satisfaction (I did feel that I shouldn't have been charged for the instillation of the soundbar as I originally paid the instillation charge of $99.00 and the soundbar which was covered under warranty had to be sent back for repair) Being a best buy member I felt that this fee should have been waived

So we decided to just purchase new one. and would of taken about 2 weeks for them to come out to set it up we did that too. They were backed no as no in store activity was allowed. Otherwise they have great service.
