The Geeks are great.

I connected wires and got it all set up but wasn't pleased with the way everything worked. I had to use 5 different remotes to navigate through various sites and the surround sound wasn't correct. I called and set up an appointment for the Geek Squad to come and get it operating in better shape. They were on time, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Two remotes does the job now and the surround sound is back. So glad I called.

I have worked with Jesse before and was glad to have him do this work. There were some issues connecting new receiver with some of my older components. It is working but sound could be better. Jesse worked diligently trying to correct. He is going to do some research and see what options are available. He will be getting back to me next week.

Setting up of soundbar
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Soundbar set up to my satisfaction (I did feel that I shouldn't have been charged for the instillation of the soundbar as I originally paid the instillation charge of $99.00 and the soundbar which was covered under warranty had to be sent back for repair) Being a best buy member I felt that this fee should have been waived
