    Car Audio and security epic fail to keep word.

    @Best Buy Bought over $1K worth of car audio and security system that had supposedly free installation for my truck. The catch is that scheduling for any store in the cleveland area is a 3-6 week waiting period. Ok. Fine, since it is free I will find something and wait. I schedule a date at Sandusky, Oh store for two weeks after purchase. Sandusky is an hour drive for me (diesel fuel) from Cleveland, OH. So morning of at 10AM, I get there and get a call from the store manager saying the tech calls off that morning with no backup. The manager (Chris) tells me that they only have 1 car tech on payroll. He says that the tech will call me the NEXT day to reschedule. He says he is a man if his word. The tech never calls. I try to call the corporate number 888-BESTBY to log a complaint but they are useless as they keep transfering me and then sending me back to the store. I first spoke to Rose, then Roy who told me that Rose should not have transferred me to her, who first told me that since I talked to the store manager already she would transfer me. Then got disconnected after a 20 minute hold. I tried calling the store yesterday @ 419-621-1877 only to get the message they the store is not taking calls!!!!!! What kind of big business does not take calls from paying customers?!?!?!? Once again, big money corporations can’t handle the demands of the little customer. Returning everything I bought. I need recommendations for car audio and security purchase and installations though I might just do the stereo myself….
