    We're extremely pleased with the support of the Geek Squad in diagnosing the problem with our sound system, and then making slight "tweeks" to improve the quality and balance the sound to match our room.     Jesse was on time and professional. I have worked with Jesse before and was glad to have him do this work. There were some issues connecting new receiver with some of my older components. It is working but sound could be better. Jesse worked diligently trying to correct. He is going to do some research and see what options are available. He will be getting back to me next week.

    Geek Squad Installed Our New Receiver

    We had purchased a new receiver to connect all our audio/video equipment with our speaker system & soon realized we were in over our ability. So, a call for Geek Squad help was made. And that turned out to be fantastic! He surveyed what we had done & quickly proceeded to make it all work correctly. He answered all our questions & made sure everything worked before he left. We cannot thank him enough! Now TV, DVD, cassette, CD, radio, & record player all give us sound through our favorite old speakers.

    The two agents were very knowledgeable and detailed in their search for any possible issues or problems. The servicemen also gave an overview of the details of the TV and speakers. Answered all my questions and did not rush in their overview.

    In-home service team has been great. Lead time to get them in (55 miles from store, rural area) is insane. Had to wait minimum of 30 days from order on every occasion. Not impressed with the level of product knowledge or problem-solving abilities of the phone-based Geek Squad, however. Excessive transfers to other people, inaccurate transfers, repetitive requests on each transfer for the basic verification, long wait times, etc, until I could finally reach someone who could work through the issues with me.

    There were two agents that showed up to attend to our problem, and they were earlier than originally scheduled. They had called ahead and let us know that they could be here early and were here exactly when they said they would be. Furthermore they were able to diagnose and correct the problem in only a half hour or so. We are completely satisfied with their corrective action and appreciate them keeping us informed as to what they were doing and why as they worked the problem toward resolution. Thoroughly professional service for absolute sure.
