The agents use the prescribed parts to finish the job of setting up my TV for live and other app stations possible now with a fire stick. They were extremely prompt and competent. Importantly, they were good at explaining what the problem was, and how they were going to correct it and then how I could function with the new TV set up. Thanks very much! Great job!

The agent adjusted my remote and surround sound and show us what to do. He also adjusted the sound bar and TV. He was very good at explaining how to use everything.

I had my tv's mounted by Best Buy. The first person was very good. The second person wasn't from Geek Squad but a contractor he didn't hide the wires. Then the next LG TV was delivered and hung but they did not get the operation properly and Best Buy sent their person out to fix the problem. Everything is now working I recommend them.

They fix it in a minute. It had gone into sleep mode as we were away for 2 weeks.

Sonos app couldn't connect to our new fiberoptic internet so the system stopped working. Geek Squad guys fixed that and set up the system components. All good except they put sound bar, bass and 2 surround speakers all together as 1 device. We can't control any of them individually now, i.e. turn down just the speakers. I'll have to go back into the app and try to fix that. Otherwise, good job.

Excellent Service following installation of a TV which we thought was a TV malfunction. Instead it was a internet issue. Very thorough. Would highly recommend again.

Mine was a simple problem, but one I could not figure out. They did, in less than five minutes.

The agent connected the aps which needed it and set up the sound system which I did not know how to do.

The squad fixed what was wrong with the TV quickly and made sure everything was connected properly.

These “Geeks” are amazing. My computer whiz grandson brought in a thingamadig that just wouldnt work on his gaming system and in 10 minutes it was fixed and we were out the door. And this isn’t the first time they have come to the rescue. I use them for everything-surround sound and giant tv installation, quirky computer problems, you name it. My generation couldn’t do without these bright, knowledgeable tech warriors!!!
