    UNACCEPTABLE wait times!!!!!!

    I feel the skill level at Best Buy is fine but the reason I rate them a 2 is because their wait times can take upon to 2 hours. For example: I call tonight at 7:30 and the wait time was an hour so I hung up! I am now looking for an alternate provider.

    I was utilizing your online “chat with a representative“ tool to ask simple inventory questions of an item I was inquiring about. Dareous J. Was the most unhelpful team member I have ever encountered. His questions were short and vague. Answer such as “no sorry” “yes” When I was asking more then one open-ended question. Dareous J. Then ended our chat when none of my questions were answered. I proceeded to call customer service to file a complaint and the man on the phone (wouldn’t give his name) state that there is no one in charge of the online chat. I then asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and he said he doesn’t have any management it’s only him. To say the least this experience with Best Buy was horrendous!

    Can’t plan, install or solve our problems

    The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had people coming to my place 4 times during 2 weeks in order to install a washer and dryer. The store where we bought also did not offer good service and did not provide the right information. Best Buy was not helpful at all when the installation didn’t happen and actually completed our order without us having our appliances working. Then the installation team shows up again and don’t know where to find the right screws to install it. It was horrible. I will never buy with Best Buy again.

    It wasn’t a home theater it was an Arlo Security Doorbell and 3 camera system. Wasted over $800. Paid for Geek Squad install and support contract. They didn’t finish the install and after several trips couldn’t get the cameras to stay on line. They are off line about as much as as working. Calls to store manager never returned and after a trip to the store was told the manager was out but would call me back. Weeks later still no call. I would suggest not using Best Buy on Koger Center Blvd, Midlothian VA and also save your money and don’t waste it on a Geek Squad contract.

    My husband bought a computer at the end of January. The screen will not turn on so he took it to the store in Scottsdale. The employee told him he bought a lemon but because it was beyond 45 days of purchase he couldn't do anything about it. Today I called the store and the manager accused my husband of somehow bending it and therefore causing the problem. The manager did recommend we get the protection plan with our next computer. They wouldn't help us at all and we are now out $2500

    The absolute worst customer service ever. I don't believe I have ever been treated like this. I ordered a washer & dryer set on 09/13/2022 with a delivery and install date of 09/26/2022. Found out upon arrival the driver informed me only my washer is available. Contacted customer service 3 separate times with no resolve. Then on their website it indicated my dryer will be here on 10/08/2022. That to me is not a reasonable delay. I will never order again from them. Got no advanced notification. While I would have been disappointed and inconvenienced, I would have been fine waiting. The way this was handled is absolutely unacceptable and will be requesting a pick and return of the washer.

    I purchased beat sound wear on May 5 . the first day i used it i got Ear ache so i return the item. it's frustrating keep calling customer service for days ,staying on the line and keep promising same thing to not worry we give your money back in 48 hours . may be its easy to hear but hard to do the only thing i got after 2 months are a lot of reference numbers and cases number . we didn't expect such Experience with best buy may be the have to change the name to bad buy

    Not a happy customer

    Oct. 3rd I delivered my computer to Best Buy Geek Squad for repairs. They needed to ship to a service center. On October 26th repair was completed & it shipped out to the distribution center. It has not arrived in Raleigh yet! 21 days for ship time so far. I have spoken twice to the phone helpline, once to the text help line, and visited the store 3 times. No one can tell when when I will get it back.

    Geek Squad Warranty

    Horrible Service, if you want to have a horrific experience then the Geek Squad is for you. I purchased an extended warranty on a 55” Sony Bravia TV through Best Buy. 2 Years in I had a remote go out, which shouldn’t be that big of a deal to get replaced under warranty. Well I was way wrong. I called to have remote replaced and got approved. I was told it would be shipped and received within 5 to 7 days. Three weeks later and still haven’t received a $30 remote. 6 calls more totaling about 5 hours of wasted time and I still haven’t received anything. What an absolute joke of a warranty service. If I could give a zero stars I would

    Best Buy Home Expert - Ms. Green - came to our home. We purchased several appliances. On delivery date - waited all day - No delivery. Appliances are on back order. Best Buy could have rescheduled delivery but did not, so I asked for a refund. Ms. Green replied “working on your refund. It might take a while” Wow!

    Best Buy and Geek squad are TERRIBLE!!!! I will never spend another dollar in best buy as long as I live! Customer service is terrible. I've been trying to replace my lemon, broke down samsung refrigerator for almost a year now. Every time I call, I'm put on hold for an hour or more and nothing is ever resolved. NEVER PAY BEST BUY IN CASH EITHER!!!!!!!! EVER.

    Purchased a dishwasher and paid over $150 for installation, $30 for "installation kit" and $25 for removal of the old appliance. With tax it was almost $250 on top of the cost of the dishwasher. Two weeks later, installers never show up. No one called to cancel or reschedule. I called and was told that nothing could be done and rescheduled for another two weeks out. On the second attempt, I was told that the schedule showed only "delivery" and not installation or haul away and the only option given was to reschedule I cancelled the whole purchase.

    We don’t fix computers!

    I made an appointment with geek squad to get my computer fixed and he said if I were to turn it in they would send it to a store and would be fixed within 3 weeks. I took my computer home thinking on it, due to fact it would take long to fix. I then reschedule another appointment with no availability at my local one for the next 4 days. I then get there to my appointment and they tell me they no long fix computers. Never heard of a Best Buy that doesn’t fix computers, but that was a good wake up call on where to goto for future fixes.

    They couldn't even replace a broken remote

    I bought the expensive 85 inch Neo QLED 8k TV and on top of that I paid $200 for Total Tech support. The remote on the TV doesn't have replaceable battery. The remote stopped charging after 10 months. And I couldn't operate the TV. I spent hours on the phone and also had someone come to my home to troubleshoot. They recommended me to go to the store and said I will get a replacement remote. I went to the store and they still couldn't replace my remote after so many days and spending so much time on this issue. The service is not at all useful.

    This is the worse customer service I had experienced. First, I called customer service, a lady answer my phone call and I think she did not have an answer, she hung up. After that, I called the store, and a man answered but he did not asked me if I had another question or anything else, he just hang up. Very bad customer service!

    Terrible Customer service. I purchased a washer and dryer in December. I am already having problems with the washer. I tried reaching customer service but the call was disconnected and the agent never called back. I called again only to be prompted for numerous questions. All I need is my washer fixed. You are a large company, and I expect quality service--not a run-around. Next time, I will go to Home Depot.

    May 15,2022,I purchased a brand new LG 5.0 washer machine. The day of delivery, bestbuy delivery men came with a washer machine on the truck unwrapped, no foam nor box where washer machine came in. The washer machine was old and used. I told bestbuy delivery, don't bother, I will not be accepting this product. Again, I gave bestbuy another chance .I purchased a new LG 5.5 washer machine. The washer machine was knocking making loud noise. bestbuy keep giving me the run around to pickup machine.2 weeks later they came to get the washer machine. bestbuy sold me another used machine, SHAME ON YOU BESTBUY AND THE INDIA MANAGER IN KENNESAW GA RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ,
