    Horrible experience at Best Buy Fullerton

    I had went to Best Buy 120 E imperial Highway to buy airpod pros that were 219 on website But he was selling it to me for original price 249 which came out to 260 in total. And i even showed him the price on the website and he said sorry i can’t do anything about it he even had attitude when helping me. so I went to the next nearest one and was able to price match no problem.

    Worst Customer Support Deparment

    The worst customer support department in the business. Their only goal is to pass the buck on to the next department only to send you in circles and never resolve your issue. I cannot believe this is tolerated by BestBuy corp and can only be designed this way on purpose so they never have to actually resolve an issue.

    Never Buying From Best Buy Again

    I purchased a double oven in December and it was delivered in January faulty. I haven't been able to use my oven for more than 2 weeks since January. They have been out 3 times to try and fix it and today it went out again. The Total Tech team is useless besides ordering replacements or scheduling and then you can't even get connected to a manager

    Don't sell services you cannot do!

    The sales rep said that your Geek Squad knew how to program the MX-780 universal remote and that is not true. Took 3 visits to get it programmed so we can use it. The default is to leave the cable on, so we only need to hit one button, but the DVR box times out, so we cannot use just the universal remote. NOT HAPPY!!

    I have never seen such awful support service in my life. I logged into my account today. All my points and orders have been deleted. and I am a member of bestbuy elite plus. When we ask why, they say they do not know and cannot help. What kind of support service is this? How will they help us if we have a bigger problem tomorrow? I had 7,000 points, they're all gone

    Refused to Provide service. Don't Use Fairfield

    The Agents in the Car Audio Installation department refused to do service on my vehicle. to be clear this was in the Fairfield California Location. I have had good results at other locations before the Pandemic. I had to make the appointment a month out and they failed to provide a satisfactory alternative. If you plan to have any Audio equipment installed in your Vehicle I would recommend using a different Best Buy Location once they are back to full staff.

    Bought flight simulator for xbox one s that was the wrong one. Bestbuy insists that I'm out of luck (and my $59.99) even though the salesperson suggested it would work. Awful company...really awful.

    I paid the extra $200 or so to have my elliptical delivered and installed in my home. My appointment was for 7a-1p. It’s 2:43p, haven’t showed, haven’t communicated with me. Customer service is literally no help! They don’t seem to think that them not being able to get in touch with the driver is an issue. I needed to be at work today a 2:30p and had to call out because this company hires people who can’t do their job and don’t know how to communicate. I could had made accommodations if I was informed that their would be a delay...but nothing. Awful, awful services! I will NEVER trust this company again.

    No HELP!

    Couldn’t fix issue, was you tubing how to fix issue after just a few minutes. After being there for roughly an hour and having me download a remote control app, issue still there. Then proceeded to tell me that although I had just bought the TV about 2 months ago that my warranty was voided because TV was mounted outside? Thankfully a store manager upheld everything

    Purchased 24/7 total support. called tech help to fix DVD driver that did not respond. 3 tech worked sequentially. None completed job. All left without notifying me. Wasted 6 hours sitting at computer. felt completely helpless. Finally I worked on my own to fix the issue. It turned so simple: just add driver to device manager.

    Talked to an agent on the phone about computer issue. Said geek squad would evaluate and give me an estimate. She set me up with a geek squad appointment a week away. I went into the store and she looked at me and said they couldn’t do anything within 2 seconds. Told me it would cost $500 if I choose to ship the laptop away. Totally unimpressed and irritated about the lack of cohesion between the phone agents and in store agents. On top of that, missed all of the Black Friday/cyber deals to even purchase a new laptop. Will not do business again with Best Buy/Geek Squad.

    Getting items ordered online or from the store to be delivered to your home. Both methods don’t work. I’ll have to reorder everything over & over. The only way I could receive the items & service that’s required. Is for me to go into a Bestbuy location & speak to a manager to have them see that I’m having problems multiple times with the order. This location 610 Exterior Street, Bronx, NY 10451. Is the worst Bestbuy in New York City.

    so I purchase the new MacBook pro. online status says it shipped, tacking number doesn't work and no one know where the item is. called multiple times and they told me just wait until the 17th and if it doesn't a arrive then we can do something. that is just crazy for a major retail I think.

    Waited over a month for a site survey for security cameras. Geek squad did not call the day before the appointment and arrived at a security gate and did not call for code---just left. Customer service was clueless and offered to reschedule. Called a local security Co. and they scheduled for the next day. Not happy with Best Buy Service.
