Broken my phone

Gave me another to replace my phone but it only worked 1 day. Brought it back 3 times. Never fixed it. Manager told me to go to an apple store (none in my city) and deal with them because they can’t do anything. So I went in with a working phone that needed a battery and left with a new battery ($53.00) but with a phone that doesn’t dial out or gets incoming call

Bad business

But when I called them they told me the email I received must have been an error and reassured me that I can pick my item up the next day but then I received another email telling me my order has been canceled and I don’t know why? They took the money out of my account

poor service

Multiple visits...wrong site placement even when I drew and "x" on the wall where to put the TV...then I had to pay to have the walls repaired and painted. On a second TV they were unable to hide the wires as they had the wrong parts/equipment and I finally just paid extra (again) for a handyman to do it right.... My washing machine and dryer delivery story is just as bad...

Refuse to honor service contract, refuse refund.

Bought a service contract for my Samsung phone, 2 weeks later had issue they refused to fix and wanted $80 to mail to Samsung. (Did so myself) They refused to refund my money for this useless service contract only 2 weeks old. They are rude, nasty, liars.

Washer to be delivered today - never called and after hour late, said they had tried to call me and and I would have to wait another day. Not true - set aside entire day and no washer - canceled order and will not buy from Best Buy again

7 Cancelled appointments by Worst Buy

Its been over a month and still no working TV... Vague tests, a website that always says "something went wrong" yeah- no kidding! They are so very bad at what they do! Never again Worst Buy.

I have a 5yr extended warranty. I believe install is poor and they want to charge me to come and reinstall my washing machine!!!! They told me to call LG and they would cover service in full since only 5m old. LG said if its install that they are going to charge me. Will never purchase Freon Best Buy again!!! I have a five yr extended warranty on a 56m old appliance band everyone is trying to bill me!!! Never Again!

Run Around

We purchased the Geek Squad Protection Plan so that if there were any problems with our purchase, it would be covered. We have had the run around with getting it fixed for almost 2 months. The "Geek Squad" answering service has different answers for what I'm covered for with my plan. It is a mess. Then I'm told it would probably be better for me to go to the local store to talk to them. Oh my!

I had just purchased the bestbuy service plan promising free in home service on items bought at bestbuy but the geek squad technician charged me 129.00 upon finishing his 2 minute service ( a disconnected plug) while saying this particular service was not included!! Not cool!!!

Don’t BUY QLED Samsung!

I am frustrated because I purchased an expensive television that I thought had great reviews to only breakdown less than 8months at my mother home who is 80yrs old. She hardly uses it and Bestbuy is of no help because I didnt purchase a Geek Squad protection plan. It just feels crummy to have chosen a store and a product that I have always enjoyed and to be dismissed.

Hard to believe

I spend 2 day calling to get answer when TV replacement is coming and nobody can give a answered. In the end offer to me a refund for a TV (never delivered) and I have a TV mount in my wall without any TV. Hard to believe but Best Buy cant delivery a TV right only damage your property....definitely the worst service ever.

I've been on the phone for over 30 minutes I've asked to speak to a supervisor several times and still on hold this is terrible they don't waste this much time when it comes to taking your money.

Geek Squad doesn't have a working phone.

I gave the number a call and it said the store is not accepting calls. I called the Geek Squad 1-800 number and they said they'd put me through and it still ended up with "This store is not accepting calls" message.

Virtual customer service is horrible

Takes forever to connect with someone then the agent takes forever to respond. However it is so simple to get disconnected while you are chatting. It’s 21st century, you need to get your stuff together! Waste of time!!!

I bad one agent Vanessa Smith assured me that my package would be there in time for work. Pablo Sanchez another associate showed no empathy when communicating with me, and it wasnt my fault that they screw up. Stay away

Appliances are not their niche

No help with the fridge that had a defective filtering system - ultimately gave up. Ordered an LG range and the delivery guys forgot to leave the accessories kit. Total nightmare – 8 customer service reps later, finally talked to someone who could help me. Customer service purgatory.

Poor appliance repair service

First appt. was rescheduled by them, second appt. was a no call no show! They automatically scheduled a third appt. without contacting me. I called and complained to have it repaired now, they said someone called 2X to let me know that they couldn't be there, that's Not True! Rescheduled for earliest date, which is more than 1 month from intial call!!!
