Customer service was useless

I had to finally accept there was no way he could help me with my simple problem. I will NEVER purchase anything from Best Buy again.

Total Tech Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the Total Tech Membership last July (membership is 1 year) and they changed the program since I bought and will not honor the original benefits. They say the membership was "upgraded" but that upgrade went from a $49.99 TV installation to $199.99 TV installation. Doesn't sound like an upgrade to me. They should at lease honor the benefits of my original membership through the end of the membership priod.

The store has no company morals and don’t follow there own company policy.. EVEN BROUGHT THIS INCIDENT TO TODD THE MANGER AND CONTINUED TO NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. He was very rude and shouldn’t be in power as a manger. Manger had the chance to make things wright and absolutely did nothing.

WORSE SERVICE EVER DONT BUY

WORST SHOP AND SERVICE EVER SERVICE <DO NOT BUY HERE

After a weeks wait time to get an geek squad appointment, they didn't help . They said it was out of warranty.They gave me local shop number if they could help. In short, me and my laptop are worthless in 2 months. Return was not the available option either . Not recommending it

They play with your money after you pay and it may take few weeks to get your order

Do NOT add Geek Squad Support to any Item.

The Geek Squad is impossible to speak to. Have spent over 1.5 hours on phone trying to reach someone capable of answering questions on a Panasonic Blu Ray player just received today. And I paid Extra for this service. Tech Support is NON EXISTENT !!

Wednesday rescheduled to next Wednesday Today they call to reschedule again And this woman Gwen on customer service told me she can’t transfer me to a manager because she’s working at home. Seriously guys?

Called five times and spoke with five agents this morning and one yesterday and one the day before that. Have been told my issue is resolved, only to later determine that it has not been resolved. When asking to be transferred to top tier customer support, left on hold and then disconnected TWICE. If you are expecting follow care and support when spending your money don't choose besy buy.

Live chat sucks

I even looked directly at them and they simply ignored me. Once I made it known to a manager, one of those three people finally acknowledged me however, provided absolutely no help as he didn’t even know what was in stock. Will NEVER be back here..

I am so disappointed and frustrated of your lies and quarrantees. If you cannot handle orders close it and open a burger join. At least I got refunded

Geek Squad doesn’t actually troubleshoot.

Only want to sell you more gear. Got full refund when I asked for it while returning what I purchased to “solve the problem” at their recommendation. It didn’t.

Lost a long term customer

They sent a defective TV to my Rent to Own customer, then scheduled to pick it up from my house. Kept rescheduling the delivery. He has now had a broken TV for a month and they want to deliver a replacement On April 13th. Wanted to pick up the defective tv tomorrow though, leaving him with no tv for 2 weeks. Better luck elsewhere.
