When I got to the store to set it up, I was told the technician was incorrect and that I had to remove it and bring it in for service.

Airpods don't work!

After waiting on the phone for more than 40 minutes, I was told that these could not be returned or exchanged. This is really pitiful customer service- don't sell it if you cannot stand by it. I will never ever deal with this company again!

It refills with too much water and starts the process again. Very frustrating . We purchased it at Best Buy and regret the purchase almost every day. What a terrible product.

Worst Buy

No shoes no shirt NO MASK no service. Forget the the first 3. They won’t help you. Go straight to no service. I used to spend a lot at Best Buy, but now it’s Another store that I will not patronize again if I can help it.

I offered to buy a Marantz receiver to replace the Denon but was rejected. Considering dropping my Geek squad subscription and not buying any more products from Best Buy. John

Worst Customer Service

We were over charged for an item back in October and I still have not received the credit on my bill. Call to try to get an answer and I get transferred to 5+ agents every time. Citi Bank says it's Best Buy. Best Buy (Victorville store) says it's Bestbuy.com. No one is helping!!!

Really gone downhill quickly

Can't get anyone from best buy to schedule a replacement, even the area manager won't return my calls. Can't call the store anymore, either, they disconnected their local numbers.

I have been talked down to by staff and told incorrect information about products. Very unprofessional and I won’t be coming back you can keep the points you only let me use within a few month window also

Bad customer support on Dishwasher

My dishwasher stopped working for last month and half and Best Buy is tossing me around. I bought installation and protection plan from Best Buy for peace of mind. On an average I am on phone for 2-3hours waiting or talking explaining again and again. I even called corporate number but no luck. I am not sure what to do now.

No email, text, or voicemail notification. I spent over 3500$ and to have my TV mounted. Can't have my phone where I work. Now I have a 75inch TV in my living room and unable to mount or get it up.

Geek squad came out to repair the sound bar

When I had them come out and look at it, they said it’s just a problem that happens and yet I spent thousands of dollars.
