The appointment was to install apart to my new stove that the installer didn’t install. Extremely poor customer service. I will never shop Best Buy again and will share my experience with all I know.

It's always frustrating when an appointment is not up to standards and having your Agent miss visiting your home at the scheduled time is not a good way to start a business relationship. I do apologize for the disappointment as this is not the kind of service we aim to provide our customers.
