    Will never shop here ever again!!! Had a Best Buy card for 6 years never missed a payment. Paid balance to $0 and 3 days later they close my account. Sad way to do business to loyal customers!!

    BestBuy claims to offer all kinds of help. I have been passed around and nobody helped me. Now Im going to lose $80.00, because they didn't help me in the 24 hours I was given.

    They never showed up for a scheduled appointment. The appointment was to install apart to my new stove that the installer didn’t install. Extremely poor customer service. I will never shop Best Buy again and will share my experience with all I know.

    Made three appointments and all three times tech did not show up. Very very disappointed with customer service. We also have Total Tech Plan with Geek Squad.

    Bought tv for a gift. By the time was gifted and opened realized screen was demolished bestbuy says out of return windwow. SOL

    IReceived a Refrigerator with a dent. The delivery person told me to contact the Geek Squad and after 5 transfers, disconnected three times, after an 1 1/2 it’s still not resolved.

    They couldn't fix my sound box mounted on the TV. The sound box was installed along with the TV by prior Geek Squad employees who could operate the two products together.

    store refuses to answer telephone. Sales person in Lansing, MI LIED to me and store won't answer for it. I have disputed my credit charge and intend to take legal action.
