    I called almost 6 times for a gift card every time it goes to a hold and then hung up I'm not sure what there systems are. Completely buggy and irresponsible

    8 calls to customer service and no one addressed my concerns. I spend thousands of dollars with Best Buy yearly and you lost me as a client over a $200 stove.

    2 hours of hold time to ask about a simple delivery refund, and 3 dropped lines.

    Technician was not very familiar with Tivos
