This Fire tv was so easy to set up. The picture is very good, and I think it will be just exactly what we wanted.

I purchased a Sony amplifier/receiver to replace another brand that went out. I connected wires and got it all set up but wasn't pleased with the way everything worked. I had to use 5 different remotes to navigate through various sites and the surround sound wasn't correct. I called and set up an appointment for the Geek Squad to come and get it operating in better shape. They were on time, efficient and knew exactly what they were doing. Two remotes does the job now and the surround sound is back. So glad I called.

Wonderful service. Ty kept me informed of his status prior to arrival and was very helpful. He assisted an older customer with speech impediment due to a stroke. He was very patient and explained the setup and service being conducted. She was very appreciative and advised to call again if she needed assistance.

The agents fixed our issue quickly and were very helpful in explaining the problem and the fix. In addition they answered some other questions we had in other Best Buy products. Very nice guys.
