The agent. checked functionality of my TV and sound bar quickly and informed me about other options

I reached for help after losing an important Excel file, hoping that someone more expert could help me retrieve/restore it. Two levels of BB assistance helped, but ultimately, it was determined that the file no longer existed. I appreciated the effort and patience from the BB team.

Having problems with my ET 450 and the tech was able to fix the problem. The tech was amazing with this product.

Justin Wiggins and Doug did a great job installing the new tv and adding my sound bar. Justin worked hard to connect the sound bar but was too old a model to be on directv remote. Even suggested a new model sound bar that would work. They were on time. They patiently demonstrated how to use the different apps/programs that came with the tv as I’m very technologically illiterate. They were professional and great!!!

As I have come to expect from the Geek Squad, agent Josh got my tv up and running again. Because of some issues with my WIFI provider, this took a lot of time and patience on his part. He did not leave until the problems(s) were solved, and he was extremely patient , not only with me, but with the WIFI personnel on the phone.

The tech that came was fantastic. He fixed our problems and when I asked him additional questions he was able to answer them too.

The tech was here during the time frame scheduled for my trouble shooting problem, he was courteous and was able to correct the problem.

On time, fixed the problem and made some valuable suggestions to improve picture quality.

The TVs work fine. We had to have another connection set up for Direct TV so we didn’t have to. We don’t have internet so set up would have been difficult.

Got everything working properly. Did a good job. Knew what to do, knew how to fix it.

Install of new tv and did a very thorough job! Highly recommended!
