We really appreciated Mason and Adien and all their wonderful help in troubleshooting our new TV and system!! The Geek Squad has been wonderful with us and so knowledgeable!! Experts for sure!! Thank you Mason and Adien for your kindness and expert help!! They are the bright spot in Best Buy!!

The agents mounted our new TV and set everything up. Unfortunately after 2 months the TV and our surround sound lost communications with each other. we called and a service call was completed and a week later we had the same problem. The next service call Jeff and crew updated the software on our surround sound unit, undated the software on the TV, changed HDMI cables and all seems well. The servicemen were though, extremely knowledgeable and took the time needed to make sure we were completely satisfied.

Professional, skilled and patient. Upon completing services everything was working perfectly. Thankful then and thankful now.

He fixed the issue and stayed to make sure it was good to go. Was informative and also explained the issues.

The agent kept me posted on his arrival, was very professional, neat, knowledgeable and more importantly friendly and respectful which let me feel safe. An obstacle worth mentioning was that the mount I ordered from Best Buy was not a good fit for the tv to mount on. Instead of packing up & having me reschedule for a tech to return he called a colleague to see if he has stock in his truck. Turns out he did; dropped it off and my agent completed the job same day. Thank you, Best Buy for hiring quality employees.

The Geek expert successfully connected my sound bar to my TV and assisted with connecting my satellite box to the internet for on demand viewing

Ethan has worked on our computer before and also got our Alexia to connect to our wifi when I just couldn’t get it to work. When my husband became ill several years ago he brought home his computer and printer but it never got set up. Ethan got it up and running and also connected both our computers to the printer. He is a delight to work with and very knowledgeable! Belonging to the Geek Squad was one of the best decisions we ever made.

As written in a previous review, this gentleman showed true professionalism and total knowledge in every aspect of his work in my home, that should have been done from the start with the original Geek Squad setup by the North Olmsted store. Justin Wiggins and Doug did a great job installing the new tv and adding my sound bar. Justin worked hard to connect the sound bar but was too old a model to be on directv remote. Even suggested a new model sound bar that would work. They were on time. They patiently demonstrated how to use the different apps/programs that came with the tv as I’m very technologically illiterate. They were professional and great!!!
