The Geek squad guys (Mike Bady & Jeremy Gathing) were on time and fixed everything with my surround sound system! They explained everything to me and eyerthing works GREAT! These guys were AWESOME!

I have a favorite Geek Squad man….his name is Andy. When I lost control of my TV, Andy reset all of the functions, installed Roku, which has saved me several dollars every month. I love the EERO Wi-Fi system throughout my large two-story home. I plan to buy a computer from Best Buy because I know the quality of the service I will receive. I am very pleased that I enrolled In a Best Buy membership.

The trouble shooter was very helpful in explaining the problem with the TV. The problem was diagnosed but not yet resolved. The problem so far is diagnosed as not being the TV. Cox has serviced our lines and connections. Everything seems to be in order. We installed a new cable box, and the problem still exists. We will replace the cable box again, but that is a very big inconvenience as we have many programs DVR'D. We won't be replacing the cable box immediately.

Victor fixed my outdoor tv connectivity issues and stayed until all my WiFi connections were operating correctly. Very impressive.

We are very happy with our Samsung 55 inch smart tv. The picture is crystal clear and bright. The sound is also good. The picture when watching Netflix is also clear. We would highly recommend this tv.
