    Geek Squad representative fixed my mounted TV.

    The agent arrived within the scheduled window of time. He was very professional in his demeanor and manner of communication. He was able to quickly figure out what the problem was with my mounted television, rectify the issue and teach me what to do should it happen again. It was an excellent customer service experience.

    Geek Squad Diagnosed and Solved the Problem!

    I am not a novice when it comes to audio issues, but our TV stopped playing through our Denon receiver. Geek Squad came out. It took almost 45 minutes before he figured out the problem. Long story short, we had to switch from an HDMI to an optical cable. He said something seems to have gone wrong with the ARC HDMI input on the TV. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the Geek Squad rep.

    I had the best against from the Geek Squad come out to help troubleshoot an issue I was having with my tv. He also set up my streaming apps and showed me how to use them. He also figured out how and showed me how I can use my tv remote to make my dvd player work since old batteries ruined the remote for my dad player. Qamar was the best! (I hope I spelled his name correctly)

    We have used the Geek Squad a few times over the years and we are so very sad to hear this will end when it's time to renew. We are wondering how high the costs will be to have this service in the future! The Geek Squad is great so please retain this service -- especially for us old retired folks who are not so techy anymore!

    Very friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of everything on my list. I would recommend that people buy all of their things from Best Buy because then they will install them for free. Such as the fire stick which I bought from Amazon. So that was not covered and they were going to charge me $100 to hook it up. So I didn’t save any money, but getting it from Amazon.

    Two Geek Squad members, Cassie & Robert, came to the house to diagnose a problem with our whole-house audio system. They were both pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They reviewed the system, checked connections and ran tests. In the end they gave me their assessment and told me that they did not have the equipment for a final test on the suspected problem unit. They turned in their report and arranged a folllowup house call with a senior technician.

    The agents reviewed my problem which was my tv was too old to accomodate the Roku stick, they promptly picked up a new tv and installed it with Roku and were very helpful in helping me access my old passwords. They never mentioned that I was too old to solve this problem on my own. Many thanks to Jose Castro of the Farmington,NM store for coming to my rescue more than once. My review score is outstanding!!!

    The two agents were very knowledgeable and detailed in their search for any possible issues or problems. The servicemen also gave an overview of the details of the TV and speakers. Answered all my questions and did not rush in their overview.
