Very friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of everything on my list. I would recommend that people buy all of their things from Best Buy because then they will install them for free. Such as the fire stick which I bought from Amazon. So that was not covered and they were going to charge me $100 to hook it up. So I didn’t save any money, but getting it from Amazon.

He took the time to show me how to operate several methods to make my enjoyment of the many features of my Firetiv remote. I love the m;any features this set provides. The trouble shooter was very helpful in explaining the problem with the TV. The problem was diagnosed but not yet resolved. The problem so far is diagnosed as not being the TV. Cox has serviced our lines and connections. Everything seems to be in order. We installed a new cable box, and the problem still exists. We will replace the cable box again, but that is a very big inconvenience as we have many programs DVR'D. We won't be replacing the cable box immediately.
