Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV went down visio 58”’MQ series, took them a week ( only appointment they had sooner) but hey I understand ( the world doesn’t revolve around me) two hours later called the number they gave me ( this was a Friday) by Wednesday my new tv was in house and really only had to pay for new warranty and the new TCL Q7 65 was also on sale didn’t hurt either

Redo tv controls and sound

FireTV & related internet issue

That led to Spectrum deciding the modem/router were out-of-date; however, the new equipment didn't resolve the issue, and the Spectrum help desk decided it was an issue with the TV. Enter the Geek Squad, who found an issue with the instructions Spectrum had given me. Great experience with Geek Squad, bad with Spectrum!!

Geek squad check the software update to ensure WIF

He recommended that I check the update next week to confirm its WIFI connection again. It’s been an educational experience to me.

Fast, courteous and expert service.

Geek Squad 2, Apple TV 4K 0

Both have been knowledgable and have improved parts of my TV and networking system. Unfortunately the newest Apple TV 4K is proving to be the worst Apple product I have ever bought from BestBuy. In the process, they did upgrade my cable modem and saved me hours of time with Breezeline.

All systems, printers and devices now working more efficiently that's to the Geek Squad and the new equipment.
