The technician did above and beyond what I expected. He was patient with me, understood what I was saying and replied so I could understand. I had other questions about my entertainment system that he happily complied with and answered my questions. Making sure we were on the same path.

It is exhausting to try to get in touch with Geek Squad. I have seriously contemplated dropping the service as most of the time I just finally give up before getting the help I need. This service call was the exception. When I stayed persistent and finally reached someone they were very helpful (and spoke understandable English) and guys on service call did a great job.

I am not a novice when it comes to audio issues, but our TV stopped playing through our Denon receiver. Geek Squad came out. It took almost 45 minutes before he figured out the problem. Long story short, we had to switch from an HDMI to an optical cable. He said something seems to have gone wrong with the ARC HDMI input on the TV. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the Geek Squad rep.

The agent connected my computer to the TV using bluetooth technology, easy to use and the choice is mine.

Noah remembered being here before to help us learn to use our new smart tv and new cable service. He was very patient explaining how everything was connected and how to use each piece of our equipment. He asked me to write down how to use each unit and then asked me to show him. He was a very patient teacher. I was very pleased.

I had 4 installs. They did a great job and were helpful setting up my appletv as well.

the base is not easy to adjust....we wish we could adjust the volume where is not too much base

The Geek Squad representatives have come twice for two different issues and were amazing. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The first time they came to check to make sure my sound bar was working--it wasn't and they assisted me in what to look for in purchasing a new one. The other time they delivered a different tv and picked up one that was being returned. They did not install the new tv or the new sound bar. Both times they kept me informed when they'd arrive and called 15-minutes prior to arriving to let me know. Great experience both times.

The service personnel was exceptional. He was well informed in the requiremen;ts to correct my tv. He took the time to show me how to operate several methods to make my enjoyment of the many features of my Firetiv remote. I love the m;any features this set provides.
