The Geek Squad removed the old speakers and suggested I return to Best Buy and Purchase two Column speaker system for $345. I went to the store to purchase a pair of Sony column spears. The order fell through because Best Buy would not deliver them because the speaker delivery was not authorized. Best buy Lost a sale.

Brandon and his coworker were great! They fixed all the wrong doings that the original 3rd party installer did. They took their time and explained the functionality of the soundbar, how and what to do with the app. A 3rd party vendor should never be an option if the customer bought and purchased an item from Bestbuy and spent the money to not only purchase an expensive item but also added the Total Protection package.

Noah remembered being here before to help us learn to use our new smart tv and new cable service. He was very patient explaining how everything was connected and how to use each piece of our equipment. He asked me to write down how to use each unit and then asked me to show him. He was a very patient teacher. I was very pleased.

I had a wifi connection issue and the tech was able to resolve rather quickly. He also explained how he fixed it.

Even though I didn't use this man, he called me first and I explained what was wrong with the TV and he said Miss Vestal. You don't need a troubleshooting. You already did the troubleshooting cuz I reset it at three times. Said you need a appliance check to come out there but he was kind enough to set up my appointment for me and everything went well. I'm glad they called before they come.
