    Wonderful Geek Squad

    So far we have had a different geek squad out each week for 3 weeks. They have ALL been wonderful. Since our TV is less than a year old the geek squads are having to go thru Sony to get a replacement TV and it is taking quite a long time. We are still waiting and now having to personally provide to Sony the same info the squads have already given them.

    I had a wifi connection issue and the tech was able to resolve rather quickly. He also explained how he fixed it.

    I had problems setting up YouTube TV who I was subscribing to through Frontier. The two lovely people who came from Geek Squad set it up and showed me how to use it. Also set up my sound bar correctly for me. I am very happy that they could come out to my home and set it all up. I am not tech savvy so it is nice to have this help from Geek Squad.

    We have only had excellent service from the Geek Squad from the initial installation of our new Sony T.V. to the recent trouble shooting appointment. The most recent appointment was with Matthew Brady and Lester. Excellent gentleman - very polite and professional and best of all very knowledgable. We also received a followup call a few weeks later. We are very happy.

    Our Geek Squad technician came in and had our issue figured out in 10 minutes. He explained how he was fixing it and what to do if it came back in the future. We have had no problems since!

    Set up of a new modem and three pod WIFI nest was completed. All systems, printers and devices now working more efficiently that's to the Geek Squad and the new equipment.

    Outstanding! Paulo De Souza Has my system working better than ever! I have had great service before….and did not think it could be any better…. But, Paulo has my Smart tv and sound system working better than ever and he was fast. He taught us a lot! He is a keeper!
