the base is not easy to adjust....we wish we could adjust the volume where is not too much base

I had problems setting up YouTube TV who I was subscribing to through Frontier. The two lovely people who came from Geek Squad set it up and showed me how to use it. Also set up my sound bar correctly for me. I am very happy that they could come out to my home and set it all up. I am not tech savvy so it is nice to have this help from Geek Squad.

So far we have had a different geek squad out each week for 3 weeks. They have ALL been wonderful. Since our TV is less than a year old the geek squads are having to go thru Sony to get a replacement TV and it is taking quite a long time. We are still waiting and now having to personally provide to Sony the same info the squads have already given them.

Brandon and his coworker were great! They fixed all the wrong doings that the original 3rd party installer did. They took their time and explained the functionality of the soundbar, how and what to do with the app. A 3rd party vendor should never be an option if the customer bought and purchased an item from Bestbuy and spent the money to not only purchase an expensive item but also added the Total Protection package.

The team was extremely respectful of the house and dogs while performing recovery of our system. Couldn't be more satisfied.

The Geek Squad representatives have come twice for two different issues and were amazing. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The first time they came to check to make sure my sound bar was working--it wasn't and they assisted me in what to look for in purchasing a new one. The other time they delivered a different tv and picked up one that was being returned. They did not install the new tv or the new sound bar. Both times they kept me informed when they'd arrive and called 15-minutes prior to arriving to let me know. Great experience both times.

As usual the Geek Squad comes through. Logan and Kayla were AWESOME! On time, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous and treated us like we were family. They set up the system, made sure everything worked, made sure we were comfortable operating it and as always cleaned up the area when they finished. We couldn't have requested better people to come into our home! Thanks Logan and Kayla for a job well done!!
