The Greek Squad man solved the problem in minutes. He knew immediately what the problem was.We will only call Geek Squad from now on. He was excellent, so knowledgeable and efficient.

Be a Walter

He discovered that the problem was with Samsung and I had to get in touch with them and they were able to fix the problem. Walter really did a nice job while he was here and he was very kind and patient with me.

Connecting old Bose lifestyle system to new TV

He communicated with me as to the time he would show up, or if he had an interruption and during the appointment explained the issue. Ultimately it was not something that could be addressed (since it is old technology not being able to mesh with the new equipment so I understood that.
