    I hate to put 3 stars for Geek Squad service because the technicians' service is fantastic, but I have been waiting for 2 weeks, and now I am asked to complete a review. I put a request in for a part I need for my outdoor theater. The last message I received was on July 27,23@ 4:35 pm saying "I'll keep an eye on the case ticket and will follow up if I hear anything" Additionally when I received a request to rate the service I when into my M-Care app and on August 3rd under the history @10:47AM the Support Session is marked as resolved. I feel there is a glitch in the Home Theater Troubleshooting Service. The next question they want me to answer is would I recommend Geek Squad service to a friend? My answer will be yes as I stated above, they do a fantastic job and are very helpful, but the system is broken, and the phone automation is a nightmare of circles.

    Omar help us and mounted the new tv we bought. The best thing I can say about Best Buy staffs Geek Squad are very professional and polite. We Seniors needed a staff that we can TRUST to come and help us for our technical supports. Praying and hoping you will continue to serve our community. Best Buy staffs keep up the good works! I salute you all!

    the 1st geek squad who installed my theater system did nothing to adjust the system stating "no one really know how to adjust the system". I have a sonos system, and if it wasn't for the fact I needed help with the remotes, I would have a jack up sound. The 2nd squad adjusted the sound for a great sound and helped with the remotes.

    The agent Brian came was from the NE Philadelphia store was knowledgeable, courteous and figured out the problem in a short time and corrected it. That is why I keep my Protection Plan, but there has been changes to my existing plan by Best Buy and I will see how it effects my overall satisfaction with the it.

    I was first referred to the national Geek Squad phone line. The person assigned to my problem did not speak English as their first language. She could not solve the problem and scheduled a local geek squad member to come to my house about a week later. They local geek squad member correct the problem within five minutes. I would give him five stars! I am paying for explode technical help and would appreciate dealing with the local gig squad rather than the national!

    Dave and Ashton from the Geek Squad installed my Ring in under 30 minutes. It works great and they are the nicest techs, prompt, respectful, well groomed, and so so nice and helpful.

    They identified the issue and assisted in picking out a new receiver to replace the un functional receiver. They also assisted in picking out a new larger tv. They returned a few days later and installed both the new receiver and tv. They made sure I knew how to operate the new tv system. They also made sure that all the speakers in our surround sound stem we’re functioning.

    After I cut the cable and added a Fire stick to my smart TV, my 2-zone system wasn’t working properly and the start up process was clunky and very slow. The Geek Squad technician was courteous, on time, and most important, fixed what was fixable given my 8 year old receiver. He diagnosed the start up problem and greatly improved the start up speed and convenience.
