I have had great service before….and did not think it could be any better…. But, Paulo has my Smart tv and sound system working better than ever and he was fast. He taught us a lot! He is a keeper!

Happy time

The Greek Squad man solved the problem in minutes. He knew immediately what the problem was.We will only call Geek Squad from now on. He was excellent, so knowledgeable and efficient.

Troubleshoot Sony TV.

That is why I keep my Protection Plan, but there has been changes to my existing plan by Best Buy and I will see how it effects my overall satisfaction with the it.
