I told Them that I was cutting the cord with the Cable company and was ordering my own equipment including a Cable Modem and I was told that when I receive the items to call and set up an appointment for the Geek Squad to come out and completely transfer everything. At this time I am awaiting the equipment.

Set up of a new modem and three pod WIFI nest was completed. All systems, printers and devices now working more efficiently that's to the Geek Squad and the new equipment.

Our Geek Squad technician came in and had our issue figured out in 10 minutes. He explained how he was fixing it and what to do if it came back in the future. We have had no problems since!

I just renewed my geek squad contract. I liked the older version better where you didnt have to pay for a service call. If i am am paying 100. Everytime they cime that really adds up. I dont think i will renew after this is over. The sevice has been great tho

The agent, Chris, fixed all of the issues we had from the initial installation. Helped us understand everything without fast- talk and running over us with big explanations. Sorry…but we’re older and needed someone to listen to our needs and then show us what to do and use language we understand. Chris was totally awesome!!

I was first referred to the national Geek Squad phone line. The person assigned to my problem did not speak English as their first language. She could not solve the problem and scheduled a local geek squad member to come to my house about a week later. They local geek squad member correct the problem within five minutes. I would give him five stars! I am paying for explode technical help and would appreciate dealing with the local gig squad rather than the national!
