The agent connected my soundbar to my TV and showed me the various ways to adjust the high and low pitch of the sound. He was friendly and courteous . He also connected the Bass Box to the soundbar. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

I was being scammed by someone saying they represented Microsoft and that my computer had been hacked by 10 foreign hackers. I started to follow up with her but then thought she might be a scam so told her that I would go to Geek Squad since I paid for their service. I shut down my computer. The Geek Squad person checked my computer and said that the cleaned it but that he had not found any hacks. He gave me assurance that nothing had been done/stolen from my computer.

I have gone through multiple visits from the Geek Squad, over the years. Each with a different solution to the same to the same issue. The last two visits from Mike have produced the sound quality that I have always suspected my home theater could produce. Thank you Mike from the geek Squad !

Most of us aren’t geeks. That’s why it’s pretty awesome to have your own personal geek just a phone call away. They walk you through even the most complicated issues in terms that a normal, non-geek, can understand. I won’t be without a geek squad membership.

They were great! They came out to the house and immediately found that I had purchased the wrong in Home experience based on the guidance from the 1800 number.
