Techs came to my house to program a remote for me. They were excellent in knowledge, personality and work. Brody, Will and Lauren were their names. Lauren was in training so they let her do the programing. But they're all very helpful in other ways like suggestions and even saw where my tv was king bad. He wasn't trying to sell me he just wanted to point it ot. Now I am on a conquest for a 77" LG.

Max came to “troubleshoot” tv, written by store employee when making appt. when Max came in I told him symptoms and red lights flashing 3 times. He knew then it wasn’t fixable and told me why, which I kind of expected. Plugged in tv and it showed the same problem as before. He said he wouldn’t charge me because he “didn’t do anything”. He was here maybe ten minutes. He was nice, professional. I should have made appt myself so I could have explained the situation and answered any questions Geek Squad or I had. Might have saved a trip!

The tech who showed up was very punctual m, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and fixed everything! I have no gripe with the tech, but I should redo the rating I did in June regarding the crappy sound bar the associate who came to my house sold me!! It was used one time and never reconnected to the tv so now I have an obsolete optical cord!

The Geek Squad agent attempted to resolve the issue but deferred to having a “technical services” appointment set up. He was not able to resolve the e-arc communication issue with the AVR. Wasn’t sure if it was a TV, AVR, or cable box issue.

Cameron and Mat did a great job installing the EERO 6 Tri Ban Mesh device in our home today. The were very pleasant and patient with us. Once configures the ensured all our Devices were functioning and had strong signal, I now have internet in
my detached shop. They download the App for my wife and explained the features of the system to us both. Great Job Guys. Thanks!!!!!!!!
