    Gerald the Geek Squad Agent was excellent as usual! It’s a shame that I’ll be canceling my “Total Tech” Subscription. Best Buy is going to start charging for the kind of service that I just received. What a shame.

    I am a low technology girl when it comes to set up of new systems and devices. I switched to an Apple box from Spectrum for the cost savings. When I couldn't figure out how to hook things up I was so thrilled to know I have Geek Squad in my tool chest to help me. They came out a day after my request and solved the problem within 30 minutes.

    The Geek Squad did a great job diagnosing and sorting out problems with my home entertainment theater. They were professional, highly skilled and courteous. They addressed, and resolved, all issues with the multiple components of the home theater.

    I am a bit perplexed as to what was covered on my trouble shooting purchase. In store I paid $199.00 for one year of i home tech help with my TV, PC, Laptop all synched with my phone. When tech arrived I was advised $99.00 would be credited as in store and in the field tech are different charges. I have not received this credit one month later. I did receive most excellent help from the tech.

    The product is excellent but it took two additional house service visits to finally get the TV working as it should. During the last visit, I was told my speaker and amplifier was too old for the new TV and should be upgraded. Too bay I was not told this at the beginning.

    Every contact with the Best Buy Geek Squad Services has been excellent. Our first purchase was many years ago; and any difficulty with a device, or a deficit in our understanding about how that device works, has been dealt with in the best way. We experience the Geek Squad has consistently highly skilled techs and as friendly, considered people.

    The Squad hooked up my new SMART TV. I am 69 and had never had a SMART TV so they gave me TV training for the SMART TV. They were very patient. I also had to ask for a second Geek Squad visit because of my slow learning curve! This squad was also excellent and understood my lack of Smart TV experience! Thank them for their kindness a d patience.

    Agent David from Geek Squad got my existing computer and existing printer talking to each other and I can now print. He also found found some threats to my systems that he corrected. He cleaned up problems. I can now get back to working normally. Great Customer service. He needs a raise or a gold medal. Thank him.

    Reconfigure my remote and down load new firmware

    2 folks from Geek squad came to home per our appointment. They were here for about 45 min. During that time they hear my sad story about how my remote was no long functioning properly. They jumped on that problem quickly, determining that new firmware needed to be downloaded and some configuration adjustments to the remote were also required. When they completed I was back in business with a properly working remote!!
