IT Tech, CALEB, is the BEST; explains things well!

He explains things well while I write down instructions on what went wrong so I can handle this myself vs. calling them EACH time same problem crops up! Caleb is always pleasant, courtesy, and safety-conscious. I'm so happy to have Caleb as my IT tech/friend.

But an Apple TV control device

I have a lot of streaming services and the Firestick was constantly having storage issues. It also has voice control features that are fabulous. Get one . You will be glad you did.

Geek Squad Tutors Aged Customer

I am 69 and had never had a SMART TV so they gave me TV training for the SMART TV. They were very patient. I also had to ask for a second Geek Squad visit because of my slow learning curve! This squad was also excellent and understood my lack of Smart TV experience! Thank them for their kindness a d patience.

Geek Squad Saves The Day in Simi!

They were informative and suggested a device to improve my reception and get rid of a cable device that was costing me money each month to rent! They unpacked and cleaned up, came back the next day when I had a problem problem and again, were helpful and courteous. It was a good decision for me to invest in this service.

Love the GEEKS!

The GEEK SQUAD came out and figured out what settings were off and in literally a couple minutes zipped through all the settings and fixed our issues. Wow. Thanks guys.

Collin Rocks!!!!

We had an Alexa operating in the house that caused the conflict. Collin managed to get it squared away and all TV’s are correctly functioning. I can’t say enough good things about Collin!!!
