2 folks from Geek squad came to home per our appointment. They were here for about 45 min. During that time they hear my sad story about how my remote was no long functioning properly. They jumped on that problem quickly, determining that new firmware needed to be downloaded and some configuration adjustments to the remote were also required. When they completed I was back in business with a properly working remote!!

I have a large screen Samsung smart TV and we watch YouTube on it every day. In early June we lost the ability to watch the YouTube videos.
The Geek Squad guys showed up on the date promised and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I had tried every thing I could think of for several weeks and could not find a fix.
I will call them again if needed.

I have had Geek Squad maybe as long as they have been in existence, I’ve have consultations that have take several hours and some that have taken only minutes. I’ve had multiple installations of all kinds of devices. I’ve called in the middle of the night and the middle of the day. I will never be without Geek Squad!!

Unable to fix problem because it started working when they started to diagnose the problem but they seen it while acting up. Very nice team . Have always been 100% satisfied with all of my Geek Squad visits.
Now calling in to schedule is a HOT MESS , You need BIG TIME HELP THERE , TERRIBLE !!

I am a bit perplexed as to what was covered on my trouble shooting purchase. In store I paid $199.00 for one year of i home tech help with my TV, PC, Laptop all synched with my phone. When tech arrived I was advised $99.00 would be credited as in store and in the field tech are different charges. I have not received this credit one month later. I did receive most excellent help from the tech.

my experience was delightful. My tech came out and untangled a great mess of older installations so that I could access all my devices from one remote (instead of 3!). He was patient and explained what he was doing, and, though he, bemoaned the difficulties of trying to get older technology to talk to newer ( I am sorry for that), he succeeded and I am very happy to be able to keep up with just one remote now!

The gentleman who delivered our soundbar was very nice, courteous and professional. He set it up so we would just have to use the one remote for the tv for both items. It was seamless. We have always been happy with the geek squad service and highly recommend being a member. We like the free delivery, set up and haul away. It is really easy for the customer. It's a no-brainer!

I have a 75" Sony TV with a quality Sound Bar that was running into some performance issues. The Geek Squad came in and found network issues. As a result, we added in a meshed network that improved the entire network performance to eliminate the problems that were running into.

Jonathan is fantastic but Samsung continues to send the wrong part to fix my Best Buy tv. This is the 2nd part sent that is incorrect. This is becoming an issue with me. Best Buy needs to either speak with Samsung about their ineptness or replace my tv.

Mr. M understood why we were not getting sound from the sound bar that was purchased at the same time as the Bravia TV. He gave me a picture of the missing cord. I was able to order it at Best Buy. When it was delivered to my house Mr. M came back and installed it. His asistant showed me how to operate the Insignia TV that I had recently purchased from Best Buy.
