The agent connected the sound bar to all the devices we wanted and it works great.

The Geek Squad provided excellent service and fixed the problem with my TV. Very pleased and highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Not a visit to mount tv. Needed an opinion as to what was the matter with connecting and keeping signal. When told nothing could be done as it was an older kitchen tv. But I purchased a new Roku and it now works fine. Use this review as you wish, but visiting Geek squad missed the mark on this one.

Collin did an amazing job of figuring out why our TV’s with the UTube installation kept going back to Cleveland/ Cincy channels. We had an Alexa operating in the house that caused the conflict. Collin managed to get it squared away and all TV’s are correctly functioning. I can’t say enough good things about Collin!!!

The agents came out to help me sync my first ever earbuds to my TV. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. They worked with me until I understood what to do. Unfortunately I should have tried them out for comfort and usability before they left. I now realize die to the fact that even the smallest ear pieces are too large for my ear canal I will probably never use them.

I have had Geek Squad maybe as long as they have been in existence, I’ve have consultations that have take several hours and some that have taken only minutes. I’ve had multiple installations of all kinds of devices. I’ve called in the middle of the night and the middle of the day. I will never be without Geek Squad!!

He did a great job identifying and fixing the problem we had. Unfortunately, the problem was created by the Best Buy folks who installed the TV in the 1st place. They used the wrong cable - one dimensional as opposed to two. I think we should not have had to pay for this service.

The agents looked at 1 radio problem and 2 portable CD problems. They solved one problem, explained why 1 CD player was no longer functioning, and advised me to bring the radio into Best Buy and turn it over to the Geek Squad for an internal check of the speaker. They identified all of the problems quickly and gave me clear explanations.
