Geek Squad is very efficient, in installing my TV

Scheduling needs help

I had three calls from three different techs saying they would come. The night before the scheduled appointment I asked for clarification in the morning. Nothing. The techs that did come were friendly and professional but first solution was to replace the cable. Not the problem. Then they said I should take the sound bar to Best Buy and have it replaced. They were going to leave. Turned out not to be the problem. Finally after much trial and error it transpired that there was a setting that needed to be flipped. They were persistent and eventually did fix the problem but I had to insist they stay until we were certain we had identify the issue.

Surround sound system

Very nice team . Have always been 100% satisfied with all of my Geek Squad visits. Now calling in to schedule is a HOT MESS , You need BIG TIME HELP THERE , TERRIBLE !!
