There was confusion regarding which techs would provide the service. I had three calls from three different techs saying they would come. The night before the scheduled appointment I asked for clarification in the morning. Nothing.
The techs that did come were friendly and professional but first solution was to replace the cable. Not the problem. Then they said I should take the sound bar to Best Buy and have it replaced. They were going to leave. Turned out not to be the problem. Finally after much trial and error it transpired that there was a setting that needed to be flipped. They were persistent and eventually did fix the problem but I had to insist they stay until we were certain we had identify the issue.

I'm caught in the middle of Being told the TV is not at fault for having to reboot it every morning to get the sound it is AT&A AT&T did a systems check from their service center aying a systems check shows no problems. All I know is I spent a lot of money to have to get on the floor and go behind the TV to reboot it.

Lost connection between TV and Dish Receiver so no picture. System is entirely to complicated for average person to fix themselves however after about 40 minutes the two Geeks sent found and fixed the problem. The Samsung 4K DVD player took control of the TV when it was turned on during dusting and did not release control when turned off. I was told the Geek who installed it set it up that way not knowing it would not relinquish control once turned off. If this should happen again GEEKS I will expect a free FIX.

I was experiencing tech issues with my home computer. I had just had a Geek Squad tech support agent out a few weeks earlier (to update security and etc.) and I didn't want to pay for another home visit, so I contacted a rep on-line. This was the first time I worked with an on-line rep, and I was skeptical. The rep was very, very patient with me, and he resolved my problems. Thank you.
P.S. I have been very pleased with each of your tech reps- both in store and at my home which is why I have Total Tech Support.
