The geek squad was prompt and repair was accomplished quickly

Kurt had put together our original sound system a few years ago. He was able to get the sound system working again. But then we had a power outage thus again the sound system went away. Kurt returned to get the sound system working again!

No installation, but able to troubleshoot the problem with the picture.

Amazing service from Juan!!! Someone else had come twice and thought they had the problem fixed. It wasn't fixed. After having those 2 appts., Juan came and IMMEDIATELY knew what was wrong, brought the part a day later and followed up with me to make sure it was all good. AND IT WAS!! I will be trying to get Juan anytime I need help in the future.

The Geek Squad representative was was prompt and courteous. He addressed my concerns regarding our new sound bar and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was grateful for the time he took to answer all my questions and explain what I did not understand.

Rebooted the system and fine tuned settings to get it running fine.

Installed tv and tried everything to get headphones to work but couldn’t. Told me what headphones to get. I did. They work great.

Mike, the service tech, was fantastic. He called the eve before the appt to confirm then again about 30 mins prior to the scheduled time. He arrived on time and quickly went to work to deal with the two issues we were having. Mike solved both problems and made a few other adjustments to improve the overall operations and connections between the TV, CD/DVD player, and the stereo receiver. All so much better!!! Thank you Mike.

Super easy to work with and care about your problems

I had TV issues. I couldn’t figure it out, savvy friends couldn’t figure it out. The geeks came and even though it was an odd issue, they fixed it.

Great job to set up my new pc and download data files which was very convenient.

The geek squad were very careful with possessions that needed to be moved temporarily. They were efficient and precise in their assessment of the situation, as they provided excellent guidance on the proper location for the new television screen. They were trustworthy and professional.

Anthony and his partner of the Geek Squad were like something from a dream of perfection: competent, smart, personable, efficient, knowledgable and professional. They just "got" my issue immediately and did everything to fix it right the first time. They told me what to expect in the future and they were spot on. I LOVE these people!
