I am very happy with my TV. It has great quality and for such a great value. I had the opportunity to purchase my TV through a Mother's Day sale.

Everything was explained as work was being done.Added an antenna for better reception.

The technicians did an excellent professional job. However the associates at the store and the call center are the most rude, unprofessional people. This is the fourth or fifth time I notice this and I’ve heard from other people the same comments.

He was prompt with his scheduled arrival time and very professional and polite. The install was quick and he did a great job. He also helped with my TV setup and made sure that I was satisfied with the positioning of my device, as well as ensuring that the area he was working in was cleaned up prior to him leaving.

Geek Squad was diligent, communicative and timely in their month long effort to repair my wall mounted TV set. When their persistent effort to replace various parts proved to be unsuccessful, they promptly expedited the delivery of a replacement new tv of comparable or enhanced quality and value at no expense to me, utilizing their rrepair policy and the remaining warranty on my existing tv. That's a demonstration of excellent customer service!!

Excellent service - very helpful and we learned a lot of new things. They coordinated our home theatre, since we have a 7 year old tv and originally bought the sound bar and woofer separately from the rear speakers. They made sure it was set so that we could enjoy the surround sound and that we knew how to use the remotes. Well worth it.

If this is in reference to my Geek Squad experience with Julio at the Florida City store, he was excellent. Very friendly, courteous and knew exactly what needed to be done and was done in 15 minutes. And I went without an appointment. What an asset he is.

Sorsha Nightcap, was very professional doing her visit. We talked about our speakers and/or A/V receiver needing to be replaced. Our system is 25+ years old. We are most definitely in need of a new system. Her input was very helpful to allow us to make a decision in the future. She didn't"t try and sell us on high-end items, just what would fit our needs.
