My new sound bar was installed and the wireless subwoofer and rear speakers. Not sure why the speakers disconnected. Tried to follow instructions and reconnect. After failing miserably I call the Geek Squad. The rest is all history. The Geek Squad came thru now I am enjoying my sound bar and speakers again. I am glad I am Total Tech member.

The Geek Squad agents did their job well. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing.

Had a problem with my TiVo causing my TiVo to shut off. Got it fixed.

I was having an issue with a home theater system loosing conection.I try several thing to corrected with no luck.Geek squad found a problem with conection a switched to a different cable. Never sounded better.

We had a problem with our Sonos system cutting out when playing music on our CD player. He fixed it and did a tuneup. A very knowledgeable and friendly tech.

He also helped with my TV setup and made sure that I was satisfied with the positioning of my device, as well as ensuring that the area he was working in was cleaned up prior to him leaving.

Mike, the service tech, was fantastic. He called the eve before the appt to confirm then again about 30 mins prior to the scheduled time. He arrived on time and quickly went to work to deal with the two issues we were having. Mike solved both problems and made a few other adjustments to improve the overall operations and connections between the TV, CD/DVD player, and the stereo receiver. All so much better!!! Thank you Mike.

The agents have installed TV, modems and or devices in both Florida and PA. They took the time to show us how everything works and how to find things we did know the systems were capable of. They were very polite and professional. You should hold on to employees like this

Had programming issues with streaming platforms. Tech assistance was very helpful with guidance on programming through settings menu.

Jasper was excellent. We asked him to simply move the TV enough to retrieve the serial number. Instead, he also ran a full systems check of the home theater. That involved updating some of the programs. He also took the time to ensure that we understand the system and the controls.
