    Daniel is the best. He came to complete the installation of my sound system, and had the job done properly in no time. He gave me his contact number, which I used to ask him about another aspect of my new system that I did not understand. He came by shortly thereafter, and showed me how to use the sounder with the DVD player. Daniel's help and advice is much appreciated.

    They tried to resolve problem even calling another geek rep for advice. They could not solve problem. However they did get airplay to work and gave me a few tips. I solved problem through crutchfield. I cancelled my new appointment with geek squid and they refunded me my money for previous appoint. I was not counting on that.

    agent trouble shot my receiver.. found the problem!! I brought the receiver into store (geek squad) for repair and they said they could not find the problem so what now.. i know that there is a problem with the receiver shutting off at any time this unit has been at your place or at the manufacture more than it has been working at my house' this is the second time to be back at your store.

    Quick diagonsis on sony receiver

    Was happy to have a tech come to my home to trouble shoot the issue with my sound system to make sure it was the recever itself causing the issue and not some other equipment. He checked the sound system and confimed it was the sound receiver and unfortunately would have to be returned to store and sent for repairs.

    Each were wonderful and for a senior citizen I highly recommend this service. I have been fortunate to work with my Braintree store when I purchased my products and services that the Geek Squad offers and it is worth paying for this service as transitioning to all this new technology although great, seniors like me need support services too!

    I needed help preparing to "cut the cable" and switch to another type of tv and internet provider. The Geek Squad spent about an hour at my home with me and helped me a lot. I wish they could have stayed a bit longer but maybe we'll have another appointment that covers some other needs I have.

    I recently purchased a brand new computer from Best Buy in Bourbonnais, Illinois. To my surprise, upon using the computer, I began to experience difficulties and received a notification that my hard disk was in trouble. Concerned, I contacted the store for assistance, but was informed that they were unable to provide any support as they were just resellers of the product. They suggested that I pay $300 to have the issue fixed. Dissatisfied with this response, I decided to take my computer to a technician for a second opinion. As we opened up the machine together, we discovered that the hard disk had a tape on it, which should not have been the case for a new computer. I was shocked and frustrated to have been sold a faulty product, and to have been given such a dismissive response from Best Buy.
