    Camera Trouble

    I changed my internet password. This caused the first camera that I had installed to go offline and didn’t record. I had no clue of what to do. Not even customer support was able to help me. I had another camera installed outside in another location. Fortunately, the same men came to install the second camera who reset the first camera and told me what to do next time the cameras go offline.

    Geek Squad has been a great service for me over the years. They offer a variety of different types of service for your needs. I’ve been a customer for at least seven years or more. For the one year fee it’s worth it and the technician will do a good job for you.

    Setting up Surround System correctly

    Excellent service - very helpful and we learned a lot of new things. They coordinated our home theatre, since we have a 7 year old tv and originally bought the sound bar and woofer separately from the rear speakers. They made sure it was set so that we could enjoy the surround sound and that we knew how to use the remotes. Well worth it.

    Problems with universal remote

    The agent was unable to connect an obsolete outdated universal remote to our new TV. He discussed options and he simplified the remote process. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the remote transitions.

    Nathanial (GEEK Squad) did an outstanding job setting up my new TV set, resolved sound output issues and condensed the remote programmers from 4 (!) to just two, making it easy to navigate the sets' features and capabilities. He was extremely knowledgeable and a superior technician.

    They tried to resolve problem even calling another geek rep for advice. They could not solve problem. However they did get airplay to work and gave me a few tips. I solved problem through crutchfield. I cancelled my new appointment with geek squid and they refunded me my money for previous appoint. I was not counting on that.

    Sorsha Nightcap, was very professional doing her visit. We talked about our speakers and/or A/V receiver needing to be replaced. Our system is 25+ years old. We are most definitely in need of a new system. Her input was very helpful to allow us to make a decision in the future. She didn't"t try and sell us on high-end items, just what would fit our needs.
