Installed tv and tried everything to get headphones to work but couldn’t. Told me what headphones to get. I did. They work great.

A simple problem on the computer that Geek Squad fixed. This time Geek Squad did a good job. Other times, not so good.

I am an artist by trade. My mind doesn't understand computers. Even though I have take college tech courses i still don't understand computers. I fit wasn't for Geek Squad tech support I would have gotten rid of mine a long time ago.

The agent mount my TV and connect it to my devices. Also when I was having trouble because my power card from my TV came out and I could not locate where it could be in the back the TV. The geek squad came right over and took care of it for me. I love the geek squad because they are very sufficient and reliable.

The agent corrected the problem my tv was having. He also showed me how to correct some of the problems I was having.

Was happy to have a tech come to my home to trouble shoot the issue with my sound system to make sure it was the recever itself causing the issue and not some other equipment. He checked the sound system and confimed it was the sound receiver and unfortunately would have to be returned to store and sent for repairs.

He was a great helping my family understanding how to maximize on the new technology and we followed his recommendation and everything is working great. I had TV issues. I couldn’t figure it out, savvy friends couldn’t figure it out. The geeks came and even though it was an odd issue, they fixed it.
