The agent mount my TV and connect it to my devices. Also when I was having trouble because my power card from my TV came out and I could not locate where it could be in the back the TV. The geek squad came right over and took care of it for me. I love the geek squad because they are very sufficient and reliable.

Mark and Peter from the Geek Squad, were on time as scheduled, communicated what they were going to do. Then safely and professionally swapped out the needed parts to fix my LG flatscreen. They were friendly, courteous and did a great job. Good men, good work. It’s nice to know that if something does not work properly, the Geek Squad will fix it.

The agent was unable to connect an obsolete outdated universal remote to our new TV. He discussed options and he simplified the remote process. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and respectful. I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the remote transitions.
