I needed help preparing to "cut the cable" and switch to another type of tv and internet provider. The Geek Squad spent about an hour at my home with me and helped me a lot. I wish they could have stayed a bit longer but maybe we'll have another appointment that covers some other needs I have.

Nathanial (GEEK Squad) did an outstanding job setting up my new TV set, resolved sound output issues and condensed the remote programmers from 4 (!) to just two, making it easy to navigate the sets' features and capabilities. He was extremely knowledgeable and a superior technician.

Each were wonderful and for a senior citizen I highly recommend this service. I have been fortunate to work with my Braintree store when I purchased my products and services that the Geek Squad offers and it is worth paying for this service as transitioning to all this new technology although great, seniors like me need support services too!

The agents got my new Sony amplifier all set up with all five surround sound speakers working. The agents discovered that one of the speakers had a bad wire and got the speaker working in a very short time. The agents got all items such as CD player, vhs player and base auxiliary speaker working with the new amplifier in no time. If an individual needs something done accurately and done on a timely basis, I would most definitely call on the Geek Squad to get the job done.

We asked him how to get internet radio through our home theater and to our speakers throughout our home. His explanation and tutorial were clear and very understandable! Mark and Peter from the Geek Squad, were on time as scheduled, communicated what they were going to do. Then safely and professionally swapped out the needed parts to fix my LG flatscreen. They were friendly, courteous and did a great job. Good men, good work. It’s nice to know that if something does not work properly, the Geek Squad will fix it.

Geek Squad has been a great service for me over the years. They offer a variety of different types of service for your needs. I’ve been a customer for at least seven years or more. For the one year fee it’s worth it and the technician will do a good job for you.

agent trouble shot my receiver.. found the problem!! I brought the receiver into store (geek squad) for repair and they said they could not find the problem so what now.. i know that there is a problem with the receiver shutting off at any time this unit has been at your place or at the manufacture more than it has been working at my house' this is the second time to be back at your store.
