Happy camper

Provider promised service in 6 days. I called Best Buy Geek Squad and got service in 2 days. Now I'm a happy camper thanks to these techs who knew what they were doing,

They had to come back once but all Ok

They did a good job originally but it got out of alignment at some point. The guys that came back made a slight adjustment to the wall mount and got the TV straight again. So looking good now.

The Geek Squad members are the best!

They answered a ton of questions for us, and simplified our system by identifying multiple unneeded remotes that were could get rid of. They also took out old TV for recycling. There was more space in the TV viewing area when they left!

Geek Squad Tech support is Essential

Even though I have take college tech courses i still don't understand computers. I fit wasn't for Geek Squad tech support I would have gotten rid of mine a long time ago.

Worth Every Price Matched Penny

The Tech arrived on time and was quick to go through the settings. With some minor changes and some advice to improve sound quality, I was confident I made the right choice in Gear and getting the Total Tech subscription.
