Alex did a great job!

We have had Alex work on our home theater system previously and he is always very thorough and knowledgeable. He’s a tremendous asset to your company.

Treated With Respect

Over the phone I was told to unplug my system but the Geek Squad representative explained that had nothing to do with my situation. I was happy to have the Geek Squad in my home.

Geek Squad team repair angels from heaven.

They also downloaded new updates to my Firetv remote. All worked (and continue to work) perfectly now.
