the tech was prompt and on time... helped get the problem solved ... the savant handpiece continues to be an issue with the handset disconnecting from the wifi in an unpredictable fashion... we will be in contact with the store regarding this problem

My Q9 65” TV was having several problems. Geek Squad came out several times to be sure my Television was fixed perfectly. The service was amazing. They called and texted me for all updates and to see if I was happy. Geek Squad is worth every bit of their yearly fee.

After my purchase, I wanted to ensure I set everything up correctly. 75" Samsung 8K and Sono's Sound Bar with SL speakers. The Tech arrived on time and was quick to go through the settings. With some minor changes and some advice to improve sound quality, I was confident I made the right choice in Gear and getting the Total Tech subscription.

They did a awesome job. Fixed out problem quickly and also helped program other stuff on the TV

The agents got my new Sony amplifier all set up with all five surround sound speakers working. The agents discovered that one of the speakers had a bad wire and got the speaker working in a very short time. The agents got all items such as CD player, vhs player and base auxiliary speaker working with the new amplifier in no time. If an individual needs something done accurately and done on a timely basis, I would most definitely call on the Geek Squad to get the job done.

Bjorn was scheduled to help us cut the chord feeding our media center. He is a credit to the Best Buy brand: knowledgeable and patient with great customer service skills. BB is fortunate to have him.
