    I was given truly professional and honest help. Everything was explained and the problem was fixed. Over the phone I was told to unplug my system but the Geek Squad representative explained that had nothing to do with my situation. I was happy to have the Geek Squad in my home.

    Wes was amazing. He fixed our Sonos system, installed a new device so that we have much better sound in our living room, replaced a dead TV with a new one. We feel like we can get music, tv, any room in the house now. He was so competent. Best service ever!! We're going to send him to our daughter's house to fix her TV also.

    Taylor was most helpful in removing my software and reinstalling it to eliminate glitches in my TV. He was professional, friendly and very prompt. My only observation about the technicians is that they are hard pressed to finish and ever increasing workload of new orders. He missed something but I was able to correct it myself.

    I have yet to be disappointed with in home Geek assistance. I have kept track of Geek associates name, and try and specify which associate I need for different situations. In the past 5 years I have not required a follow-up visit because the first call was not handled correctly. Their service has been done with little wait time, efficiently and with instruction that is easy to understand if issue was a matter of my error or misunderstanding of equipment operation. I swear by Geek squad assistance.

    I was very pleased with the service I got with trouble shooting my sound bar install. The technician quickly found out the problem within a few minutes and got me all fixed up. He also made sure everything was set back up how I wanted it. I’m really enjoying my new TV and Sound bar thanks to Geek Squad. I can’t do without them.

    The gentleman that came was able to get the picture to come on the tv. We are still without the surround sound that we enjoyed before. Please send someone to correct this issue. To his credit we did not notice the sound problem right away. However now we notice that four speakers are to emoting sound.

    I am an artist by trade. My mind doesn't understand computers. Even though I have take college tech courses i still don't understand computers. I fit wasn't for Geek Squad tech support I would have gotten rid of mine a long time ago.

    Alex came out and completed the troubleshooting of my TV and home theater system. We have had Alex work on our home theater system previously and he is always very thorough and knowledgeable. He’s a tremendous asset to your company.

    GEEK SQUAD ATTEMPT HACKER!

    I thought the computer had been hacked by Geek Squad and brought it into Best Buy and they made sure it was not! They mentioned that this was an ongoing problem and I was clearly not the first person to come in with this. If Best Buy continues to work with them you might think about changing something in these emails.

    Geek squad member came out to unhook dennon reciever so could be taken in to local bestbuy to see if repairable or not. SPECIFICALLY asked him if had to have a appointment to bring in to drop of. Answer was NO, just bring it in. HAHAHA, NOPE! did that, needed appointment. Person at desk, NOT VERY FRIENDLY!!! Made appt, for later. Need to get right info to customer!!! Well, appt made for 2/2,6pm. Text rcvd, had appt for 2/1,6pm??? So called geek squad. Changed appt from 2/2 to 2/1, same time. Why didn't employee give me appt at 6pm on 2/1????, It was open!!!!! Hmmmmm. Anyway, there now. But what a hassle!!!!! Just a bit disappointed!!!! But, the geek squad person we got at store for dropping it off at 6pm was very friendly, nice. Have component now to be checked out.
