It was an issue with my Sonos sound bar and lg tv. No fault of Best Buy or the geeks. Sonos has neglected to send out a software fix to deal with Bluetooth connections between the two. He figured it out. The problem still exist but he’s stuck with it to find out what was really going on. I appreciate it.

Geek squad put Webroot antivirus on my Samsung S6 tablet. I am pleased with geek squad service.

The guys were great but committed to recommend a fix/replacement option to our outside volume control for our outside speakers. Told us not to use the outside speakers until they solved this issue. Never heard back and have not had music outdoors since :-(

Geek Squad is great! They always figure it out for me. Good advice.

Two agents came to check on the Nordic Track bike. I told them that I have been in contact with Nordic Track for the past few weeks and Nordic Track suggested me to install a new resistance box, then a new console and again a new main wire. Everything was done but the problem was not fixed. The agents felt that there was no further diagnosis they could do. They left without touching the bike.

My Q9 65” TV was having several problems. Geek Squad came out several times to be sure my Television was fixed perfectly. The service was amazing. They called and texted me for all updates and to see if I was happy. Geek Squad is worth every bit of their yearly fee.

He was able to resolve our issues quickly and also gave great recommendations..It’s a pleasure to have Total Tech/Geek Squad send the same technicians because they know our house and have done installations here in the past.

The agent was able to help me with our tv connection. There was an update that changed the volume coming out of our sound bar. The agent helped us in a timely manner and also fixed how our sound bar was mounted. Excellent customer service!!!

Gary and Craig have been to my home many times. They are so knowledgeable, really professional, and all around great guys who really know the Best Buy product line. They will go the extra steps to be sure everything is up and running well before they leave. I recently had a new TV installed. Both guys from the Geek Squad were thorough, friendly and demonstrated the new features of the TV before leaving. They also trouble shooted my home theater and were able to fix it as well. Amazing job and amazing people.
