    The service geek was terrific, the work was done quickly and properly but Best Buy cutting out in home service from their membership and adding a huge fee is a slap in the face to all of us who have disabilities or no transportation to stores.

    Marco has been a fabulous Geek Squad Rep. He has solved several issues for us in cutting the cord from broadcast TV to streaming TV including re-programing 2 Logitech Harmony Remotes. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

    the first men diagnosed the problem; we decided on repair. It arrived and was installed; it was defective--double picture, 30" times 2. 2 separate repair crews came to diagnose, but were not repair tech. It was finally fixed with a new motherboard.

    I have yet to be disappointed with in home Geek assistance. I have kept track of Geek associates name, and try and specify which associate I need for different situations. In the past 5 years I have not required a follow-up visit because the first call was not handled correctly. Their service has been done with little wait time, efficiently and with instruction that is easy to understand if issue was a matter of my error or misunderstanding of equipment operation. I swear by Geek squad assistance.

    geek squad installed internet and stereo equipment

    Amado connected my home stereo equipment to our home speakers, installed eeros and make sure that everything was working perfectly, and that the systems worked smoothly. he was thorough, very efficient, and explained everything he was doing in layman's terms

    Bjorn was scheduled to help us cut the chord feeding our media center. He is a credit to the Best Buy brand: knowledgeable and patient with great customer service skills. BB is fortunate to have him.

    Agent repaired my TV and installed several devices. He first listened as I described my concerns and clearly and concisely reviewed options before he ultimately resolved my issues. I felt that he established empathy for me before beginning his work. I highly recommend John to anyone.

    I had a geek come to the house and remove Verizon from my TV and put in UTube. He finished in about 45 minutes and showed me how to use UTube. Very nice, professional. I have told some of my friends and they signed up for the yearly contract. Very happy!!!

    The technician was able to figure out the reason for an issue we'd been dealing with for a long time (Nordic track bike wouldn't stay connected to wifi) and an easy fix. He was on time, efficient and professional.
