Superb Technical Assistance by Marcus !!

He was prompt, courteous, professional and effecient. He solved the issue and gave us a tutorial including some helpful tips about the Sony TV and the google system embedded in it.

Sonos subwoofers, sound bars, outdoor roaming
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The agent shouldn't connect my Sonos Woofer but thinks he identified the problem with my wifi network and so I had to buy a new Mesh system ( wifi extenders) AND DELETE THE OLD EXTENSION NETWORK.and then : the other Geek Squad member coming tomorrow to totally reconfigure Sonos system and Hopefuylly get them to use only one Sonos app!

Geek Squad Service

He was professional, friendly and very prompt. My only observation about the technicians is that they are hard pressed to finish and ever increasing workload of new orders. He missed something but I was able to correct it myself.

Both technicians were excellent: knowledgeable, pleasant , very willing to help and answer questions and extending themselves to help and answer questions and go over procedures so that you can operate your equipment after they leave.

sound system and tv

He greatly simplified what we'd been doing since our tv's universal remote had died and thankfully also revived the kitchen tv.

Exceptional service

Since my own personal “Geeky” husband died 9 years ago I have been buying Geek Squad service! It does not matter if I find a better price for an item at a different vendor I always buy from BestBuy. Also they usually are willing to price match.
