Superb Technical Assistance by Marcus !!

He was prompt, courteous, professional and effecient. He solved the issue and gave us a tutorial including some helpful tips about the Sony TV and the google system embedded in it.

Geek squad help me connect my mother’s home stereo

When we moved to Panama City, I had nowhere with all to fix it but Nathan and Lee made it so easy showed her how to work out you made a 90-year-old lady so happy.

Exceptional service

Since my own personal “Geeky” husband died 9 years ago I have been buying Geek Squad service! It does not matter if I find a better price for an item at a different vendor I always buy from BestBuy. Also they usually are willing to price match.

Diagnostics on Nordic Track Recumbent Exercis Bike

I told them that I have been in contact with Nordic Track for the past few weeks and Nordic Track suggested me to install a new resistance box, then a new console and again a new main wire. Everything was done but the problem was not fixed. The agents felt that there was no further diagnosis they could do. They left without touching the bike.

Both technicians were excellent: knowledgeable, pleasant , very willing to help and answer questions and extending themselves to help and answer questions and go over procedures so that you can operate your equipment after they leave.

Sound bar

This was the third time that we had the Geek Squad in to fix it. Matt knew what he was doing and kept us informed of what he was doing to make it work. Thank you

Troubleshooting was a breeze!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm a little late in providing this review but the Geek Squad guys who came out to troubleshoot my system were absolutely fabulous! Their names were Aaron and Lukas with Aaron being the lead guy. Reviewed the previous hookup and set up my universal remote in minutes. Programmed it to accommodate my needs and tested it himself and had me do so as well. They inspire confidence at every turn. Very impressive!

Perfect Customer Service!

I was embarrassed having BestBuy doing it for me because it was such a minor hookup. I just can’t say enough about the technician ! He put me at ease. I’ll not be going elsewhere. Not ever!
