I installed this tv.however the lack of solid instructions compelled my to holler Geek squad.their response was within 24 hours.admittly per new norms the instruction manual was sparse.it follows the new industry norm ,of the newer persons are already normal with this.me I am old and not able.hence Geek squad.

The agents got everything hooked up and working including our VCR.

Amado connected my home stereo equipment to our home speakers, installed eeros and make sure that everything was working perfectly, and that the systems worked smoothly. he was thorough, very efficient, and explained everything he was doing in layman's terms

Marcus came to our home to trouble shoot a problem we were having installing apps on our Sony TV. He was prompt, courteous, professional and effecient. He solved the issue and gave us a tutorial including some helpful tips about the Sony TV and the google system embedded in it.

We had Agent David come eto our house to review the set up of our wall mounted television. He made some ajustment and then helped us add some apps. Was knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and patient. Geek Squad has to be one of the best investment we have enjoyed !

I’m 74 years old. I have vision issues. I can’t focus well enough to connect the sound bar and Roku. I was embarrassed having BestBuy doing it for me because it was such a minor hookup. I just can’t say enough about the technician ! He put me at ease. I’ll not be going elsewhere. Not ever!

I have had the technicians a couple of times. Both technicians were excellent: knowledgeable, pleasant , very willing to help and answer questions and extending themselves to help and answer questions and go over procedures so that you can operate your equipment after they leave.

Had problem accessing smart channels--said no internet connection. Reset the TV and solved the issue.

He checked all the settings and changed HDMI cord.

I had a geek come to the house and remove Verizon from my TV and put in UTube. He finished in about 45 minutes and showed me how to use UTube. Very nice, professional. I have told some of my friends and they signed up for the yearly contract. Very happy!!!
