Our remote dropped the television and we couldn't change channels. The problem was fixed but the next day, it happened again. In the mean time the repair man had called to ask how it was going. So he put in a repair chit for us and showed up again. So far the problem has been solved.

I’m 74 years old. I have vision issues. I can’t focus well enough to connect the sound bar and Roku. I was embarrassed having BestBuy doing it for me because it was such a minor hookup. I just can’t say enough about the technician ! He put me at ease. I’ll not be going elsewhere. Not ever!

I installed this tv.however the lack of solid instructions compelled my to holler Geek squad.their response was within 24 hours.admittly per new norms the instruction manual was sparse.it follows the new industry norm ,of the newer persons are already normal with this.me I am old and not able.hence Geek squad.

The techs got my soundbar working again very quickly.

checked everything and unplugged power to analog to hd and plugged back in and was working. was here probley 15 minutes.

Agent did not return messages sent prior to visit to ensure I had "ancillary" equipment that might be needed for successful installation of Best Buy thin indoor antenna. He could not get antenna to pick up more than 1 or 2 local srations, though others purchasers of same product reported success. Wound up returning antenna, the "wrong" additional equipment, and cancelling Geek Squad service plan. Was very disappointed with this service (though help with computer and cell phone was top-notch).

The two gentlemen were very professional and helpful. They set up our devices and walked us through the usage. They answered our questions and had a great customer service attitude. We always use the Geek Squad because of the caliber of persons.

Good service once they came but took long time to get them to find a day that worked. And it’s same issue we’ve needed them to come out for before. Frustrating. But service guy was good so 5 stars for him and 2 stars for prices averages to 3.5 so gave a 4

Jason came out to help me with a problem I had connecting my Sonos to my new router. Not only did he help me with my Sonos system, he untangled the mess that was my router, Boost, and Eero wires. All in all,I was very thankful for Jason’s help!
