    I was hoping to get my previous LG smart tv to work.. It didn't work but they helped me set up my new LG smart tv.. There was a setting on the picture that I wasn't even aware of.. I would prefer if the tv turned on to the channel that I left off rather than a menu screen.

    The technician was able to figure out the reason for an issue we'd been dealing with for a long time (Nordic track bike wouldn't stay connected to wifi) and an easy fix. He was on time, efficient and professional.

    Bjorn was scheduled to help us cut the chord feeding our media center. He is a credit to the Best Buy brand: knowledgeable and patient with great customer service skills. BB is fortunate to have him.

    I called in for the service and received two different times from two different service persons. I didn't know if one would cancel the other or what. The service was completed satisfactorily, but, coordination from a central dispatch would have been appreciated.

    Geek Squad Total Tech was a "No Show" ...

    The Tech, Brian, was great! Punctual, professional, and knowledgeable (5-stars). My frustration was with the follow-up appointment scheduling. I made an appointment via Geek Squad call center. The installation appointment was set for 8/31/2022; "AM". Confirmation email and phone call on 8/30 from Corina, the assigned Tech. On morning of appointment, I received an email from Best Buy Total Tech advising a different Tech (Garrett) would be arriving at 1:10 PM (approximately). At 2:30 PM Garrett called to advise me a scheduling error had been made and there would be no Tech coming to do the install. I was directed to "Reschedule" with Total Tech. The earliest available appointment, I was told, was 9/6/2022. Errors happen, so I am guardedly hopeful someone from Total Tech will show up on September 6 ...

    The technicians did an excellent professional job. However the associates at the store and the call center are the most rude, unprofessional people. This is the fourth or fifth time I notice this and I’ve heard from other people the same comments.

    The technician highly skillful with great professional spirit! He arrived on time and very nice and patient to customer. also in this period of pandemic, he paid attention to mask himself well to do the job. the problem settled ideally and I and my family really appreciated his good job and for sure I would refer Geek to my friends if they needed.

    Fix Home Theater setup

    Very helpful getting system to work properly. Corrected the install(by Geek Squad) of my zone 2 speakers controlled by the Denon receiver. Not sure why I’m paid $179.99 for yearly membership if I also paid for this visit.

    Fixed my soundbar issue.

    I had 4 or 5 different Geek Squad member's come and look at my soundbar. They would get the sound going and it worked until I shut the TV off, but when i turned it back on it wouldnt work again. The last guy that came out figured out the problem and fixed it with his magic touch. We still don't know what he did different from the other guys to make it work.

    The Geek Squad techs are my best friends. I never hesitate to call when I need any type of tech support. They are professional and very patient when addressing my concerns. Normally, they go a step further with offer advice on how to provent issues going forward.
